      I received a gift card for Michael Kors. I attempted to make a purchase but the website required a credit card even though there was more than enough on the gift card. I left the website and when I returned to it my cart always empty. I reentered my order and when I tried to check out that amount of money has been deducted from the card. I called Michael Kors 4 times and every time I was told to try back days later. Their customer service is over seas and most of the reps were rude. I just want all to know if this happens to you to have the person who gave you the card dispute the charge for the gift card with their credit card company. I did and they credited them right away. I will NEVER purchase from Michael Kors again!! Hopefully you all do this and Michael Kors has no more victims.

      A MK purse I purchased started having the seams on the strap start coming loose right about a year after purchase with in a few months it was completely coming apart and looked very ragged. When I contacted them they would not warranty the purse because it had passed the year warranty time. I looked up information on their warranty and even if it was within the year I would still have to cover shipping to and from the repair company in another state. They sent me contact info for the repair company and the cost of fixing this plus shipping would be nearly half the cost of the purse. I thought I was buying QUALITY however I could not be more wrong. Michael Kors purses are poor quality, bad workmanship and they do not stand behind their product.

      I am usually a pretty loyal MK customer but after my 3rd purse in less than 4 years of this same issue, I won't be supporting MK anymore. The seams and outside borders of the purses always falls apart and MK won't repair it or warranty it even though I just bought the last recent one in March, it's been 9 months of careful use. This occurs on their crossbody bags and backpacks. It's either the straps or seams on the purse. What a waste of money!!I filed a warranty and repair form and they said they won't cover it.

      I purchased a backpack on black Friday. When I received it, there are seams that are coming apart in several areas. I called customer service and they told me I needed to send an email. I have yet to receive a response. This is the worst customer service ever. Whenever I do get a chance to return it, I will never purchase from ******************* again.

      I bought a bag and wallet. First time I buy a named brand without it being actual leather but I liked the neutral design. I have not had the bag more than 4 months & the tie to zipper began to peel. I usually keep my bag open & rarely zip it closed. I contacted MK online & its been a complete failure. Weve been back & for at least 10. I am sure its more. Three of those times to ask for my receipt. I always keep my tags off the bag with the receipt & have submitted THREE times. I just got the 4th request. I give up. They also want me to send them my bag to see the tie. Really? Why is it so freaking hard to mail me a tie?NEVER WILL I PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM MK. I USED TO BE A FAN. NO MORE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

      If I had red all this review i will not buy a pin on MK , their customer care are senseless and not professional, I urge everyone to stay away from this product, I was buying online and mistakenly instead of size 9 I did not change the size from 8.5 to 9 and immediately I call them it was off office hours, immediately send them email but nothing was done , I called severally but the customer care are as useless and careless

      I bought a smart watch on line in September and I returned it because my husband had bought me one. They received it on October 12, and when I called customer service to see about my refund, which is the worse by the way, they said they would send me a check but I would have to wait for at least a month to get it, so I waited a month and when I called back to customer service they had told me that a manager had cancelled the refund. They didn't have any explanation is to why they did that I had sent them emails with all the information of the *** returned the, packing slip.It even shows on line that they received it on Oct. 12 and it only says that they are working to get my refund back. How much more time does it take to give the customer a refund.?And their customer service people are awful,.. they always say: let me put you on hold to get you a number for finances where you could call, they put you on hold for ever, one time I had to wait for almost an hour and they didn't resolve anything.

      I order a pair of sneakers and after 1 day of wearing them the soles were completely falling off the shoes. I called for an exchange and all I got was wrong emails and the run around. Good company's (even amazon) would just send a new pair automatically and have me send the others back. When I finally just caved and said send me a return label the customer care put on the label (didn't want anymore) now the shoes are outta my size and nothing was really done. Very frustrating. Will NEVER get stuff from them again. It seemed cheaply made anyway.

      Bad ***************** how long has it been since i sent this email? plus the fact that there is no Cancel Button available that at least I eould have cancelled the item i bought by mistake without the necessity of needing a human to donit for me! which it lead me to call the **************** line in which i was waiting for a human for an 1hr and 14 minutes that no one answered which i needed a human because based on yall a person had 30 minutes to cancel that order but how? tell me how when no one was andwering that call which i have proof and i have attached the call and minutes to this email! after all this plus let me add that when i did get someone days later!!!! was told they cant do anything either that now I have to wait for the item to get here so that i can return it to get my money back! I will return the Item when I get it but let me tell you that for being Michael Kors I am amazed that your online store do not have a cancel button why? a very expensive brand this is ridiculous!! I am beyond angry with all this! all I wanted was a purse that was on sale in which is not onsale anymore because of this and I could not get my money back sonthat I can get my self that purse for my birth day!!! I should just went to the *** and let them know about this!! see the attachment and check if this is not your **************** number cause i am not lying!! someone better compensate me for this! or cancel my order which is another add on that I still do not know when should it come either!! ugh
