      I am really disappointed in MK, I have had a damaged issue in the past within the 1 yr warranty and my bag was replaced. Today I called first of all I was on hold for an 1 hour and 28 minutes, I was trying to submit a warranty by email and that kept being returned to me. The live chat was not working. I finally was able to get into the live chat submitted the photos of the damage for them to tell me that they cannot do anything about it. I purchased it March 2023. After this experience I think I am officially done with MK bag this left very disappointed. These bags are not cheap. Maybe I should go back to ***** I never had an issue with them.

      I have been shopping at Michael Kors outlet store for years, because it's in my area. October 25th I purchased a pair of boots from Michael Kors website for my birthday online. I received the boots but did not wear them for a couple of weeks and when I put them on my feet the material on the back half of the boot had an indent in it. The back material is the mk signature. The front of the boot is not made with good leather at all. The front faux leather was indented as well. I sent photos to mk and they said the pictures weren't clear enough. If I am the customer who is not satisfied with the product, I would think they would give me an exchange. I am not asking for my money back. I am so shocked they are giving me a hard time. I have never returned any merchandise to mk.

      Horrible! I place an order of a bag at 9:41pm EST and I called at 10:15pm EST to modify the order with another bag bigger one. The man at customer service told me that he cant modify only cancel the order so I said ok no problem. After that he puts me on a survey and the phone call drops so I decide to call back. Now another man on the phone is saying that he cannot cancel and I need to wait to receive the bag and after return it! I ask to speak to a supervisor and he said that he is not there (lol) and he hung up as wll. Thats the worst customer service experience I ever had in my life! BAD and AMATEURS

      Only have a 30 day return policy and will not return or exchange the new item after that for no courtesy. Horrible customer service. Does not value their customers. Zero stars.

      Horrible customer service. Horrible service altogether. I did an order for overnight delivery and I've had to call everyday for 6 days straight now and still no resolution. All they tell is to call back tomorrow. It's Friday night and they said to back on Monday. Absolutely ridiculous. Michael Kors should be ashamed of this. At this point I don't know what to do. Do your self a favor and shop elsewhere. Avoid the stress and headaches.

      I ordered a purse. They sent me underwear. They would not refund my money until they got their underwear back and would not send the purse I ordered. The inconvenience of having to go to *** store to return their mistake. No wonder they are having financial issues. Beware. Dont buy!!!

      Horrible service. Spent over $400 on purse for my daughter's grad gift which took me months to save. Less than a month the the clasps and emblem turned orange. Contacted company, was told too bad its normal wear and tear.

      I purchased a pair of Michael Kors shoes in April 2023 for my daughters wedding on Oct. 1 2023.I never wore them until Oct. 1 for 1/2 hour. All the gold metalic is coming off of the shoes. I filed a complaint with Michael Kors and sent pictures of all the gold coming off the shoes. Michael Kors said it is over their 3 month guarantee period. This is ridiculous, they used faulty materials. They should take responsibility for their merchandise and I should be compensated for the purchase price since I can not wear them.

      Poor customer response on product from business. I have been promised a digital/virtual gift card and keeps sending me one with $0 balance. This is to replace a bag that the seams all over bag have come apart in less than a year!!!!! I have been on the phone SEVERAL times within the past month and still to no avail. This company makes almost $4 BILLION in sales a year and cant give me my money back on ONE BAG!!!! So over them and their product.

      I have been purchasing Michael Kors handbags for several years, and they are not cheap. I purchased the backpack in December by July the following year the straps were literally tearing off the bag. I called MK customer service to find out what options were available under the warranty. The staff was ineffective to say the least I had to call several times just to get the initial form to fill out. I sent my bag in with the appropriate tracking from the post office. I confirmed receipt of my bag yet two weeks later Michael Kors reps. **** telling me they didn't know if they received it. It gets better... I finally receive an email offering me $50.00 less then what I paid for the bag, the catch of course is once I sent it in they refuse to return it even if their offer is unfair and you don't like their offer. You are screwed! I accepted the offer a week ago, I still haven't received the gift certificate... so OF COURSE I call again this time they tell me good thing I called now they can request the gift card and HOPEFULLY I will have it in the next 2 - 3 days. Michael Kors I AM DONE WITH YOU...
