      i've been trying since June 28 2022 to cancel my contract with Equitable life. I mailed them the form. Was told it was rejected because a section was missing. I got a new 12 page form. Filled it out for a Full Surrender of my contract. Faxed it to them on 07/19/2022 . Called on 07/26/2022. Was told they only received on page of 5 pages. So ******** them the form again. Got online again to inform them. They said i needed to fill the form out again because I didn't enter the dollar amount. This is a Full Surrender of my contract. They know the dollar amount and there is no dollar amount required on the form. The dollar amount for my Accumulator 07 Elite Rollover *** is ********* I can not get any correct information or my money from Equitable

      Horrible. Try to close out an account an after two an a half weeks still waiting on my funds. Story after story ( they weren't even good ones) on why the process failed. Runaround Champions.
