      Horrible customer service. Can not reach them by phone. You stay on perpetual hold. If you opt for a call back, good luck. They do not call back. Their website goes down, you can't access your account and cannot reach anyone. Very disturbing. After days and hours of trying to get a resolution, still no resolution.

      I had a heck of time with this financial/ broker institution for the past 3 weeks and some one has to look into this .
      We cannot get any thing thru their web site and just a waste , including their dead chat which never opens , instead it tells you to call customer service.
      After getting no were .I have send 2 emails. and one responded, but I was afraid to open his email as a SCAM , which asks me to open a link and prompt for id and password.
      Finally I made the 3rd call .
      This is all about me requesting for withdrawal forms since I will be 72 in 2023.
      On my previous 2nd call about 2 weeks ago I am yet to receive any correspondence from them, though they said will mail the papers .
      This morning I made my 3rd attempt and after going thru several agents I was finally was able connect to ** **** .
      I never encounter any person so rude while I was trying the explain my ordeal and agony, instead listening he brushed off me as not to Inrupt as he is going thru my file.I did get any thing from him instead wanting me to wait for few more day and call the customer service again.
      I asked him if our conversation is recorded he said yes. I am curious if he saves any?
      If any one read this please do not hesitate to speak up. and have them record the conversation.

      Have been trying to transfer a 403b to a different provider, have been given the run around for over 4 months now. Have been on hold for over 30 minnutes to make sure my paperwork is all in check. Original paperwork was denied because of TPA missing, however I filled out and was approved by OMNI 403b. Attention all educators, do not invest with Equitable or ***, you are better off with any other company

      I have tried to call and the wait to talk to someone was more than 30 minutes. When she got on the phone. She was impatient to get me off the phone almost immediately, She did not ask me what I needed help with and when we finally got to my request. She failed to follow through with it, I asked for a form to be emailed, Simple request. I feel that they are not very competent for the industry they are in, I had to call back and waited another half hour. I got another person who tried a couple of times to send my request, After two attempts with the last call I was able to finally fulfill my request. Frustrating yes, Scary yes, Wasted a lot of time yes. In addition to this call. The reason I am asking for the forms I have is so I can change investments.. I have lost 58% of my investment with their investment strategies. I would not trust this company to invest any money into.

      Horrible Customer Service !!
      It takes me between 30-45 mins to reach a human when I call customer service. After I reach a human, they can NOT answer my question.
      I would like a competent representative from the company to contact me.

      This is the worst Annuity company to put your assets.To rollover my savings took me to start the same process three times, they give 90 days to do it but the process is longer than that and then they ask you to restart the process over and over. I tried to rollover my savings for 6 months and they still they asked to restart my process. I ended up restarting withdrawal my savings instead of rolling over to my new annuity plan in a different company and having to pay the penalty because they were unable to do it, and asked to start the process 3 times, spending 40 dollars in *** ** overnight documents and other expenses. Terrible experience.

      I have a retirement *** account with the firm for 25 + years, never received a statement, just found out the balance. Its so sad.??

      Very very difficult to get your money transferred out of their 403B and seems Equitable makes it far more difficult than necessary. As a former financial advisor, I've not seen a simple transfer be so difficult and time consuming.
