    This is an app I've used to earn some extra cash. Through the benjamin app, I've mainly played games and answered surveys to get monetary rewards. I've been playing for several months and have cashed out several times.Upon attempting to cash out yesterday, I received an error message stating my account was flagged due to fraudulent activity and that my request was under review. I was shocked as I don't believe I've done anything wrong or deceitful. When I contacted support and asked what I had done, I was told I had 2 accounts with them. [At one point I used another phone number of mine to login to my account and erroneously started another account. I didn't want an additional account and told a support team member at the time. I did use the account for some time until a team member called to my attention that one of my accounts needed to be deleted. I was happy to comply and kept my original account.]Today I was told by a few members of the support team that they 'could not honor my request'. This means they are refusing to pay me money I've rightfully earned through their ****** balance is $31.45. I've earned this honestly over a period of time playing games through the app. I'm attaching screenshot of both my reward history and replies received from support.

    Benjamin capital partners owns a website that advertises money for surveys and trying mobile gaming ******* first they were paying properly for my services, now they owe me 35$For my time and after numerous attempts to Contact them all I get is a robo response from the ** with no results . No money.Therefore I am filing a complaint with you , the bbb, because I suspect this is a scam of some sort

    I strongly suspect it is a scam. I attempted to withdraw the balance from my account, but after waiting for a week on two separate occasions, both attempts failed.After generating a ticket through the app to resolve the issue, they blocked me from logging into my account, claiming my password was incorrect. When I tried to reset my password, I never received the verification code via SMS.I have tried multiple ways to contact their support team, but I have received no response. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I cannot recommend this app to anyone.

    I've downloaded, played and was successfully rewarded for over a half a dozen other games from the Benjamin app. I was able to collect the first handful of rewards for a game called Call of Dragons. As soon as I got towards the higher value rewards, one for $35+ and close to another for $85+ the rewards would not trigger and disappeared from my dashboard. When I asked support about the issue, I was accused of downloading the game from somewhere else which makes no sense since I downloaded the game from the Benjamin app and the lower tier rewards worked fine.I guess this is the business model of Benjamin Capital Partners. Pay out users on the small stuff and then pocket the larger ones from the advertisers.

    Benjamin Capital Partners, ***** doing business as ***********, purports to be a platform where users can earn money by playing games, completing surveys, or participating in other specified tasks. However, when I went to withdrawal my earned funds, there is some unspecified issue that the company refuses to resolve. I have reached out to Benjamin's customer support team on multiple occasions and created several tickets, all of which were arbitrarily closed without any resolution or further information beyond the copy+paste response that there was a "security issue detected" with my account and that they can't process withdrawal of funds at this time for the security of others. However, the company has seemingly taken no steps to resolve the issue on its end as this has been ongoing since September 2024. It has offered no guidance on steps that can be taken to resolve on my end, and it seems that the company at this point has no intention of distributing the money that was already earned according to its own tracking systems. I did a quick ****** search about this and it seems others have had similar issues, with the overall theme being users having issues withdrawing higher amounts because the company simply does not want to pay out. It is clear that this business misrepresents the services it provides to its users and engages in unlawful, deceptive, and fraudulent practices.

    Its been 5 days since I filed 7 tickets with this company about it holding on to my earned funds in their app. I invested my money and when I earned my money they locked account saying it needed a 48 hour review to resolve the issue its been 5 days they dont answer the tickets you open they dont reply to emails. ****** is a lot of money for me to loose because they wanna keep it u justified . After researching found theres *****s of people complaining about how this company is stealing their money after they earn it . Please look in to this .

    This app is a scam. **************** doesn't help at all. They give you the run round about simple issues like withdraw. I've been trying to withdraw the money that I earned but so far no success. I been submitting multiple tickets and emails stating my issue and my case has been escalated multiple times(so they say) and not one reply back on the situation. It's been over two weeks and no one has tried to reach out to me about this problem. I'm getting tired chasing my money that I earned.

    This app pays users with a reward depending on the games they play and levels they reach. I initially had no issues getting and withdrawing my reward until I reached a higher paying on a game called merge dragon. This reward gave me $110 at once and my balance to $166.97 on November 8th 2024. When I went to withdraw I was given an error message staying my withdraw was under review and to ensure your security we are reviewing your withdrawal request. It will be processed shortly. Please note that it might take up to 48 hours to complete. On November 11th I was still getting the same error so I put in a support request. On November 12th I received a response that it was being escalated. I responded to that message asking what could be causing the issue and was ignored, later that day I asked when I should expect a response and that message was also ignored. On November 14th I messaged then again asking what was going on and if I could have an update and that was also ignored. On November 17th I still had not heard back so I emailed them as well but was told by automatic email to use the app customer support. On the app it showed that my customer representative was active so I messaged again stating it has been over a week with no response and requested an update, and was unfortunately ignored again. Im not sure what else to do besides filing a complaint

    This app pays you to play games. You also get paid for purchases in games. I had no problems at first until suddenly one game no longer paid me for purchases with no indication beforehand. I thought it might be the game developer not paying but now I'm not sure. It was tracked in the app so if it was paid Benjamin kept it and now I feel robbed. Support is unhelped and I only got automated responses and they kept closing tickets and marking them resolved.This women had the same issue with the game I played and another. This is her review. *********************************************************** Their Trustpilot score is horrible. Many others feel scammed. According to the other game's developer they did not reject her reward like Benjamin said so they lied out it. One person on ****** said their TOS basically says everything you make belongs to them and they give rewards as a courtesy but I'm not an expert. Here is the terms. ******************************************************************** else said it was legally flawed but I don't know. Can this TOS really apply to the money I spend? If so then why did they lie to the women? This is extremely shady and behavior. At any point they can keep your money with no explanation or by lying?If I'm able to get the money back I spent I would like to because I should've gotten a little over $160 from this game after spending but I doubt I'll ever see it. This just feels like a scam. I never would have paid money for nothing back. Only for an offer promised on the game's page. Marking them complete and keeping the money wrong.Hopefully I filed this in the right place. I attached screenshots of my purchases. It's not a huge amount but even losing a small amount of money is a bad feeling. If I can't get my money back I just want people to know about this app being shady. Other people were fooled into spending their money too and no amount of money I make on that app will ever make me feel less scammed.Thank you.

    In regards to to complaint ID ********,

    I finally recieived a reward for this game today. One was for a single one of my purchases and the other a milestone but it was about the equivalent of what I spent so I'm satisfied and I'll consider it a refund. I don't know if this was a response from the message here or from my messages in the app. Maybe it was just slow to give the credit.


    If that is the case to avoid things like this in the future and to avoid being flooded with tickets perhaps this company should implement a news feature of some kind into the app itself to let people know to avoid playing games for a while or spending if they were really updating systems like someone said. No communication at all is an issue many people seem to have with this app and this may help with that.

    The business is unwilling to payout the funds i earned by completing the tasks on their app some of which involved me spending my own money to complete. I have over $125 in the account waiting in my balance and when I attempt the withdrawal it just says under review for 48 hrs. It's now been over 20 days since I first attempted the withdrawal. I have reached out to customer support and it will usually take multiple days and multiple messages before I get any response and their response ignores my questions and just says they are waiting for "return periods" to pass but can't tell me how long return periods are a, nor are they stated anywhere. I have had a previous withdrawal for a much smaller amount that went through fine but they seem to be unwilling to pay me the balance I have available or respond to my support messages.
