      I made two different disputes with Revolut with charges to my card and money that was sent from my account that I didn't authorize. Revolut even opened complaints which I will attach to this report stating that they cannot help me. This situation has been ongoing since 2022 because I am a victim of scam and fraud and I'm very vulnerable. Devices were stolen from my house back in 2022 that had important credentials saved onto the computer.

      The email I received which I'm attaching at doesn't state that Revolut was trying to reaching out to me because of the complaint I reported this to the Better Business Bureau. I'm certain that this is the same response I received when I initially filed the claim and I feel that someone copied and pasted the same response and really didn't care about my case. I'm very dissatisfied with how their back office is handling this situation and I wish there was more I could do.

      I had an account with the company that I was using with no issues. After a trip where I reported the card lost I returned home a couple days later and couldnt use the account. I contacted ********************** who said the account was closed due to extenuating circumstances whatever that means. The account balance was negative because while they said the account was closed it was just limited so I was still getting charged but not able to pay. I asked them to close the account they said they would give me a one time credit and close the account. Now 2 years later account is still open and limited and they have continued to charge my account which has a negative balance again. So I contacted Revolut again who is still refusing to close the account. I want the account fully opened and not limited or fully closed they cannot just hold an account open in my name and refuse to allow me to use it.

      I started subscription to Revolut's Metal plan since March 18, 2022 for reasons that they would waive fees for cash withdrawal and currency conversion for amount beyond their free plan. However, the catch is, I wasn't able to add money to the account after adding a few hundred dollars. When I contact the customer service, they kept insisting that there is something wrong with the debt card I use or the bank that I add money from, which wasn't the case. After several months of back and forth, I eventually gave up. I later realized they kept on charging me the metal plan fee for $16.99 till March 19, 2023 for a total of 13 months, totaling $220.87. Then came September of 2023 when I need to withdraw cash from ATMs overseas, I subscribed to Metal plan subsequently, and only realizing I hit a soft limit after withdrawing certain amount (not exceeding a few hundred dollars), their customer service this time were able to inform me that was due to some system mechanism for security reasons. I paid a total of $50.97 from three months between Sept 2023 to November 2023. While I understand these limits are for the account security reasons, I should not have been charged for something I essentially can not use. especially so as those limits are not presented to the customer when they made the purchase, but only about the benefits unlimited fee free withdrawal and currency conversion, and they should have made those limits clear to a customer.

      I'm unsatisfied with their response as they did not satisfy my demand. Their advertisement contained false and misleading information for customer to order a service that a customer essentially can not utilize to the full extent. They failed to provide effective assistance to the aforementioned issues during customer's prior communication with their in-app chats. The customer is entitled to a full refund as none of the service were rendered or utilized by the customer for the duration of their subscription.

      I was told by **** to open a Revolut account so I could sell on ****. I did so and the minute my account was opened and had money on it, my account was hit with fraudulent charges from ************. I have contacted ************ and they have closed the fraudulent account but they say I have to go through my bank to get a chargeback. Revolut refuses to do this even though I have shown them the letter from ************. I had also ask them to stop the payment while the charges were still pending.

      This has been ongoing in the past couple of weeks.I have been trying to set up my account and every time I submit all the requested information, it comes back and tells me "missing information - verify your identity".I have been chatting with the support team for several hours. They go in circles to do everything again (close app, reinstall app, resubmit ***** change my tax information, etc. etc.).I have been told that the problem is with my tax ID. I believe they have the wrong tax ID (possibly my ITIN?) and when I submit my SSN it is rejected?I need a higher level of attention to this matter so I can verify my identity.

      I filed for a business account with ********************** Business on Feb 22nd to use their services for international money transfers for my business.-Their system gave me multiple errors and the customer service rep submitted a customer complaint form on my behalf.-I was constantly instructed to try again and I sent them my passport pics, my business docs, my driver's license, etc.-I got a message yesterday after I finally updated my driver's license info via their ID verification app, that I was denied an account without any explanation.ALL I want is my documents and ID deleted and purged from their systems and I shouldn't ever receive any marketing emails, newsletters, etc from them. I want my ALL my details removed from their systems.

      I filed a dispute on an unauthorized transaction. They closed the dispute without fully investigating the matter with the merchant and told me there is no documentation or evidence they can share with me to further support their determination.

      Revolut has allowed numerous transactions go threw by forced transactions the card was reported lost/never received and get still multiple charges was allowed which ultimately allowing a terminated card to have forced transactions and allowing my account to be ******* in the negative and there disclosure clearly stated no overdraft protection and they the most obselute fraud monitoring system brings to conclusion Revolut is a fraud and or money scheme they have kept my my replacement fee of card as well

      On the 25th of January, I got notified that my card details of my virtual card have been used, but the *** has been incorrect and therefore the transaction has been canceled. Nevertheless, around 70 pounds have been deducted from my account from an online shop called "**********".I have never used my virtual card, which can easily be proven, and have not even known of it's existence.The problem is that Revolut has allowed money to be taken from my account though an incorrect *** has been entered.Since it does not seem to be fraud, I assume that somebody has typed their card details, similar to mine, incorrectly and switched up numbers.I did try contacting support several times and have been told that, I must have made that purchase.Yesterday I had an in-app chat with someone that kept repeating the same phrases wirh no interest in helping or doing their job.That person did not aknowledge anything I said and claimed that the *** has been typed in correctly and there is nothing that can be done since I must have been involved in making that purchase.Eventhough I could provide evidence that the app itself stated the *** has been incorrect and the transaction has been canceled, the so-called support member kept ignoring whatever I said and told me to take the matter to legal authorities so that she would not have to do her job.I am incredibly disappointed in the Revolut support team and hope this can finally be resolved before taking it to higher institutions and making these methods public to warn other people from this happening.It seems fairly easy to type in random card details and enter a made up *** to steal money.And ********************** team members not caring or even taking the costumer seriously.I would highly appreciate for someone competent to look into this matter and not just repeating that nothing can be done and it has supposedly been "thoroughly checked", when the team has not even noticed the app itself stating the incorrect *** and the cancellation.
