      DON'T GO THERE! They Sucker Punched my daugher. ****** **** 4/15/2025 She is young and got told this, that and the other and after 3 months decided to cancel because she did not go not once and she had to pay $10. to cancel and also $89 was taken out of her account because they said she had to pay a "yearly membership" WHAT the ****! Seriously!!!

      Horrible! Ive been trying to cancel for 3 months! When I joined I got a month free to try it out! After that I went to cancel they told me was not allowed! I had to pay 3 months before cancellation! Fine so I paid the 3 months and went to the store to ****** where they told me I had to give a 30 notice! Which I never knew.They dont say anything ahead of time! So I had to may another month to cancel! I finally got it on paper that I canceled

      Extremely predatory practices. Make it hard, even deceive you, in cancelling your membership and then sell your debt to a debt collectors, completely ignore you even after showing up in person multiple times a week and force you to deal with the debt you thought you cancelled. Even an employee said they're a money grab!!

      As others have mentioned there are many hidden fees within the membership that make it more expensive than what is initially presented. Furthermore, want to cancel the membership? They make it super difficult. They claim to have an online process to do so, but every time I used it I was never contacted by Crunch to confirm cancellation and my membership was never cancelled. This went on for months. They insist that you go in person, and when you do they try to guilt you or sell you into staying even if you are moving far away. The actual gym is quite nice for the price and there are some good things about Crunch, but customer service is awful. If the company was NOT structured to grift money from people then they would actually have good reviews.

      Crunch Fitness *********************- highway robbery- never used their facilities since 2022. Keep charging. When I finally, found out . When My partner stopped payment. Which I was not aware I was signed in without my knowledge. I was charge $51.00, facilities I never used! . Just a big scam! Even charge me month of April even though Id cancelled today April 1 , yeah Id got April ***** Day with these scammers!

      Predatory practices, make it purposefully difficult to cancel if moving or other reasons. Goes to collections if you cant cancel successfully. Anti-consumer. Decent equipment. Even then, juice is not worth the squeeze.

      Crunch advertises a military discount but gets very uncomfortable when you ask for it. I was told my military discount was waiving the enrollment fee, but they waive that for everyone and then come back and charge an annual fee of $60 a few months later so they get the money back, Seems dishonest to mean

      Well this company have been submitting payments on my account after some one used my credit card and they changed my credit card. Afterwards I looked. Month later they went into my account and double the payment out of my account. Yes I called the fraud department at the bank about this company because I never did any business with them,

      I got a 3 day trial to your 81st gym in *** but they wouldnt let me in. They told me I needed to make an appointment. But the online trial email said nothing about an appointment. You really shouldnt have wasted my Sunday morning like this. Thanks
