      The people here are amazing dropped my phone in the stair master and the two managers were so nice about it didnt make me feel stupid or anything. love it here

      Do NOT use Crunch Fitness personal training program. If you disappointed with the service and try to cancel youll get denied. I have tried to speak with someone about this issue I have not been given a response. I tried calling the Greenwood Cunrch fitness several times no answer. Please stay away from them!

      This place is highway robbery the ****************** location. I have canceled this and it continues to steal money out of my account . They refuse to let you cancel then want to be paid for the next month to cancel . If I said cancel it and dont repeatly ask me why I dont like it and dont want it period.The manager is also ignorant and was telling me I had to get out because i wanted to cancel . And refused to pay them any additional money

      Crunch fitness ******************* fl They charge me $77 and I didn't know what is that so I went to gym in the morning in my way to talk to the gym to see what is the charge. the girl in front of the desk she was very rude, disrespectful and no knowledge. because she was so rude to me I asked her if I can talk to manager and manager was standing next to her, another young woman, and she was rude and disrespectful and ugly as another one so I ask the first one is name and she told me get out I cannot give you my name so I turned to the manager and said can I have your name and she showed me her name tag and turned her back to me and walk away. I never saw people like that rude and disrespectful like I sow today in crunch fitness. I would never recommend that location to anybody!

      This gym is disgusting rampant with homosexuals and uppity white ppl the gym operations manager is a gross racist - do not go there - the female patrons are sexual predators and pedophiles - this whole gym industry is a scam and this brand of gym is promoting a false experience - theyre all children and juvenile - the steam room was closed because of homosexual activity and they discriminate against black ppl. Pathetic!!! Boycott this gym!! And all their gyms!!

      This Crunch Fitness charges a monthly fee and provides trainers with additional charge. Unfortunately, once you pay for trainer services they will scammed you. Services are never provided and you are in a contract. If you are paying services need to be provided.Try talking to manager on phone because manager will not talk to you in person, when contract was done in person. Then, no solution to problem and keep taking money of your account. This is a scam by this business and believe me the cost of trainer is not cheap. They are only taking people's money.

      I have paid them for private (1:1) training sessions and due to covid could not use that money and now they are refusing to give the credit or refund. I am not interested in refund, they should allow me use that money. This is around 1K dollar amount not a small amount. I really need help.

      When i joined in June it was with the understanding per contract I would train twice a week at 130 on Tues and Thurs I had my first session and on the 2nd session at the end my trainer informed me it was her last day!
      I went 2 weeks without a trainer before getting scheduled with xxx
      I trained with her and in Oct she had a deployment being the professional person she is she set me up with another trainer until she returned I get to the gym and am told that trainer quit so they assigned xx who knew nothing of how I was training with X who spent the majority of my sessions selling his product and on occasions always late to the point I had to tell him honor my time he also would train other people during my sessions so running from one part of the gym to the next
      It was a month of wasted training and I had to start over.
      Before the holiday x told me she put me on schedule for 30’and 2nd so when her messages got kicked back I called the gym and they gave me the run around when no one ever called me about a change Director was to
      contact me transferred me to Ryan who I don’t know from Adam who said hey what time do you wanna come in??! What! who are u? This is how your organization and employees are handling paying customers as I stressed to Alex who by the way touched me and put her hands in my face because I wanted to talk to
      the non leader he is. I told dumb GM the way they conduct business is very disheartening she claims to know nothing about how I could speak to someone in charge of that establishment there is always a higher up who represents an organization. GM is oblivious
      As I was due a phone call each and everytime and I didn’t get one.
      would like 292 $ will be refunded that was charged on the 29th I have also filed a complaint with BBB on this matter.
      This location tells a lot of lies and can’t keep trainers clearly a result of poor management Don’t waste$$$$$$$$$$$$

      I asked to have my membership transferred over from day street on ************* to ********* location. Super unprofessional people at the south desk. Literally for two months I asked every single day if the transfer went through, no one cared enough to look into it. Eventually I got agitated and asked to have my membership transferred ship canceled. Logged into the app to check after and under status it said inactive. Its been months and I just looked at my bank statement to see that no only did i continue getting charged but the had the nerve to charge me the any fee on top of that. Im 20 years of going to different gyms the ********* location on ************* is the most unprofessional gym I have ever dealt with with. Gonna make sure to put this experience on every possible review platform I can think of. I can only imagine how many people they do this to

      I registered yesterday at Crunch Fitness located at ****************************************************, and my contract is already active and confirmed via email. Upon visiting the gym today to experience the facilities, I was unexpectedly informed by an employee named ******* that I needed to provide my routing number to access the gym. This request was surprising and seemed unwarranted. Consequently, I am considering canceling my membership due to the misleading information provided during the signup process, and I am left wondering if this treatment could be considered discriminatory or was the website upon signing up misleading?
