      ****** Maps shows this gym as open 24 hours, so I planned my day accordingly. However, when I arrived, the supervisor informed me that they close at 9 PM. When I expressed my frustration, he threatened to call 911 if I didnt leave on time. This experience was very disappointing, and the inaccurate information caused a lot of inconvenience. I hope the management updates the hours to avoid further misunderstandings.

      I had a 1 year membership @ CRUNCH Fitness, in ************. I Went like 5x. Havent been since january. Its now october. They charged me $59.99, so THE NEXT DAY, when i realized, I called to ask what the charge was. I was told it was a renewal ******** now on a month to month plan. I told them i wanted to cancel and wanted a refund for $59.99. I was told that they cannot refund me because it states in rhe contract about this fee. I asked to talk to a manager and i was told HE was the GENERAL ********* there was nothing he can do. I asked if they ever send out reminder texts or e-mails when a membership is about to expire (simce i never received one) & he said no. Its up to the member to remember. SO THEY SNEAKILY WAIT UNTIL YOUR MEMBERSHIP EXPIRES, KNOWWWWWWING YOU WONT REMEMBER & THEN THEY HURRY UP AND WITHDRAWL $59.99 FROM YOUR ACCOUNT AND DONT EVEN SAY A WORD TO YOU & THROW YOU ON A MONTH TO MONTH PLAN. UTTERLY MIND BLOWING. WHAT A *************** THING TO DO. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AS WELL. **** *******

      One of the dirtiest places I have ever been. Women's bathroom is always dirty. Never any hot water. The steam room is gross. People that work there are useless.they are always on their phones. Started going to the one on ****** Blvd. Alit better but the people that work there aren't much better.

      Do not purchase training sessions at this club!!! They will take your money and then not schedule you and wont return phone calls or texts and when you do get a trainer they are late and on their phones and could care less about making sure you get a good workout. Then they will refuse to refund your money. Do not patronize the Crunch Fitness in ****************!!!!

      Trying to cancel my membership was the most frustrating and infuriating experience. They continued to pull $65 month from my account until I informed the manager I was putting a hold on their account until they formally cancel the membership, which they reluctantly finally did.Steer clear of this overpriced gym and their impossible memberships.

      Probably the worst place I have ever worked. The district manager is on the most insane power trip you will ever experience. The ** was promoted by said District Manager and is quite possibly the most unqualified, unprofessional, and unpleasant person to work with. The Lies, hostile work environment, bad management, and sheer amount of pressure they apply to all employees who arent a GM or above is un reasonable. Crunch Fitness justifies underpaying its employees by giving bonuses if certain quotas are hit, but the quotas set or drastically too high and very rarely achieved. Terrible experience and warn anyone who plans on applying to turn and walk the other way.

      They hide things and often give deceiving numbers when signing up for their membership. Make sure to read the fine print very carefully because you have to cancel 30 months in advance, or you will be charged for multiple months. I also do not understand why you have to pay for an annual maintenance fee if you have not been attending the gym for even a month.

      Absolutely horrible experience, I way over paid for a membership that I couldn't even use and had to pay more money just to get out of it. It should not be this difficult. I am a caregiver to my father who was in the hospital so I didn't cancel on time. I had to stop the bleeding of this money so I paid it to cancel, now you can't talk to anyone about getting any of this waived as a courtesy. The economy is tough right now and this company just exploits their members of their hard earned money. No one will contact you and the gym or headquarters won't do anything.

      They do not clearly tell you on the website that you CANNOT cancel on the website. You must go the location you sign up at to cancel and hope a manager is there to assist. I put in 3 requests to cancel over 5 weeks and they never emailed or phoned me to say I needed to come in. When I finally walked in, there was no manager and I was told to come back in a few hours.

      They have taken money out of my acct and should have been credited. Can't get my money back from them.
