Crunch fitness on *************** in ******* Texas discriminated against my male, military, African American friend on a daily basis. The employees harassed him when he would come in and work out and would pull him to the side numerous times and ask him why he was working out so much. The short male manager told him today that they pulled up his personal linked in account and were watching him. My friend is not only African American but he is in very good shape and a lot of the trainers at this location are very jealous of him so they complain to the manager about him. This location is very unprofessional and should be investigated on how the discrimination against African American Soldiers.

I joined Crunch Fitness ****** excited about the convenience of its location near my job. Unfortunately, my experience has been marred by constant billing issues. My account has been incorrectly charged over $100 extra for two consecutive months. Despite numerous emails to the manager, **** ******, the problem remains unresolved. While she has apologized for the inconvenience, there's been no follow-through to fix the issue or refund my money. The lack of care and responsiveness has been frustrating, making me feel ignored as a paying customer. What started as excitement to join a nearby gym has now left me with a sour taste. Until they address these ongoing problems, I cant recommend this gym to others.

Crunch Fitness, Poinciana, FL Fraudulent billing and collections.. They should be investigated I signed up for a 30 day trial for a new gym. Although they opened a month late the gym was pretty busy and fuly staffed. Too busy for me, so I cancelled my trial membership after ONE visit.I received emails about upcoming billing and responded to them to reminded them of my cancellation.I called to confirm my account was cancelled, but 6 months later I get a letter from ************************* trying to collect $241 on behalf of Crunch Fitness.I called the "law office" and was told they are not required to provide any proof of the debt unless I send a letter in writing to their PO box to dispute the error. There is no copy of the bill, no indication of what it's for (I never signed a contract or promisorry note). They just claim that I owe this amount, somehow. If anyone from Crunch Fitness can contact me, please do.Your phone **** do NOT help... apparently My emails are not replied ***** the meantime, I guess I'll write a letter, then buy an envelope and a stamp to stop the legal threats.

My wife was signing up for a new membership with Crunch Fitness, and was offered a promotion, effectively offering the first month free and all standard onboarding fees waived. They had her fill out the agreement, what was displayed to her was $31.99 due a month from now, and she checked out. Our credit card was then billed $113.32, and my wife was presented with a different invoice, not including the free month, but including a $75 initiation fee, prorated annual fee, etc. They did attempt to make it right by offering us 2 free months (and it was expressed by 2 different managers that was the maximum time that could be offered), but that would only be giving us back $63.98, leaving $48.34 of our money in their hands with no tangible goods or services.I requested another "free" month, and the general manager stated verbatim "are you really going to fight me on $20 dollars"? . ***, its not their money. He offered me a complete refund and to start over with the promotion; this was exactly what I wanted, so agreed. Not less than 30 seconds later, the general manager stated "I don't have time for this right now" and proceeded to credit my account 1 additional free month (for a total of 3 free months), while immediately deflecting by trying to upsell me on personal training. The ** ran off to his meeting before we could insist on just a normal refund after realizing we were not comfortable with how they chose to resolve this situation, which was no fault of our own.We both gave up at that point with what we could consider a proper resolution, they still have ~15 bucks of mine.

When looking for a gym, I searched for one that would allow me to work out accompanied by my 12-year-old son.I started searching online and found information that Crunch permitted this as long as a guardian accompanied the child. I decided to call the *****, ** location, and I was informed that my son could indeed accompany me during my workouts. When I arrived at the location, I asked again if he could accompany me, and the attendant confirmed that he could. This was the factor that led me to sign up with Crunch. After working out for a few weeks, on November 1st, I was prevented from training because my son could not accompany **** tried to explain everything I am writing here, but the manager at the location remained firm, stating that they were a franchise with rules in place that would prevent me from continuing my workouts if I chose to bring him with ***** light of this stance, I decided to cancel, even against my will.I would like to express my feelings of frustration and disappointment with Crunch due to the conflicting information provided.

I was wrongfully charged after a refund was done in August again I was charged in November. Everything was supposed to be taken care of. I was supposed to be canceled and out of the system, but now when I call the new manager who replaced the guy I was talking to before ****** in Oklahoma refuses to help me at all and says he will not receive a refund. He wouldnt even give me Corporates number. He wouldnt even help me find the billing number at all. He was completely rude and very discriminatory towards me.

Poor customer service and account handling at the ***** location in **********. I filled out an online cancellation form well over a month before I knew I was moving. They did not process. I did it again and found out no one handles or looks at the requests. I was then told I needed to speak with Management who then cacelled my account only starting that day and wants me to pay another membership month. Now they're constantly calling and emailing me for $17.00. Absolutely unbelievable.
