      Never purchase insurance from this place. I became really sick, and had to cancel a trip. Took out insurance for the trip. When I filed a claim they refused to give me my money back.

      I am trying to get access to my account -- someone somehow was able to change all my information on file. I called the number in the email address that I received from ********** (they couldn't find my information and transferred me to *** Annuities without telling me). They also didn't find my information and transferred me to *** Retirement Services (they found my information but couldn't help me with the access issue). The transferred me so a machine (i've been on this machine recording call for 9 minutes now........)1) how the heck can someone go in and change my phone number and email address on file without at least generating one email/text notification about it?2) how can Corebridge have my correct email address, but not find my records when I call verifying all my records over the phone? Telling me "we don't have you one file" ----------------------- SO HOW WERE YOU ABLE TO EMAIL ME ABOUT MY ACCOUNT BEING LOCKED?!?!

      Several years ago I signed up for a life insurance policy with *** but canceled within the first 30 days as it seemed predatory & overpriced. I was young, sat in a room to watch a presentation video & made to feel as if I needed it. Kind of like a timeshare package... After thinking it over I immediately canceled for a refund. Since then I have purposefully had no dealings and zero contact with them. However, in the last week or so they have called me multiple times. Each time they call from a different number and say they want to preview my policy. They don't state where they're calling from and just barrel through their lines which is scammy. If you were calling with a legit purpose you'd state that upfront. The whole interaction they're attempting to bait consumers into thinking there are ************* need to act immediately. Since I'm aware of what I do and don't have, I know that this is a ruse. Their deception should be noted & they should be penalized for it.

      I wish I could give one-half star. I had a life insurance policy with them for years. They closed their office in ******, ** a few years ago. I was never able to reach anyone about how to pay my policy. I had given up on ever reaching them. Several people in ****** was left up in the air about their policies. I received forms from them, after all these years, about an annuity. Cash value of $281. Ive been trying to reach someone (anyone) and you get such a run around, you never get to talk to anyone that is knowledgeable about the company and cant answer any questions. Im not cashing this check, and will continue reaching out to them. They received years of payments on my policy. Theyre expecting me to receive a penance of $281, and forget everything else. I dont care how large their company is. Its wrong to do people like they did the people of ******, **.

      this is the most god-awful insurance company Ive ever seen in my life. I started a claim with them one year ago. They have yet to do anything call me or respond back to me. *********************************** is the worst. Not to mention the manager said she would call me back and never did. I was a victim of Bud after and theyre still no claim being brought on due to them not responding.

      Horrible customer service. Phone is based in ***********. English is not even their second language, it must be 4th or 5th. They do not follow their own rules in reviewing claims. They also ask for me to waive my relatives HIPPA rights and tell you that if you do not sign the protection away they will not pay the claim. Period. I was told 3 weeks ago that the claim would be completed and I would have a check within 14 business days. That was yesterday. Still no answer. I called today and informed her that14 business days were completed yesterday and she wanted to argue about the days. She says that the claim is still in process without any explanation as to why. She refuses to let you speak with anyone in the States. She said she would tell,claims **** I wanted to talk to them but would not guarantee they would return my call. BIG RED FLAGS when dealing with them.

      I was forced to deal with *** when I was involved in an automobile accident with one of their insured. The agents were negligent and unethical, and ended up not paying for medical treatment that they were supposed to. Avoid *** at all cost!

      Sunnova Solar company. I was not supposed to start paying on my solar panels until they were fully installed and functional. However, this wasnt the case I was paying out-of-pocket for an electric bill that was about $300 a month plus solar, which was ******. Per my contract they guaranteed they would have to supply 80% of my electric since Ive had them. Ive had a huge electric bill plus a huge solar panel bill. Theres always an excuse with them on why its this way you call and call and run around the block since I went with this company its been nothing but financial hardships passing the buck along I would not recommend them to anyone at any time on top of that. they break their own contract multiple times. They are not at all what they advertise or what they tell you they will be installation. The people were great. Its the execution of any of their plans. They do not advertise how they actually are and they put a bad name for solar panel companies everywhere

      If I could leave NO STARS I would. This company continuously takes from customers and doesnt answer the phone. They deny claims that should be accepted when someone buys insurance to protect a trip then they deny the claim when you have to cancel. Only due to death they find it acceptable to cancel a trip. This company is a fraud.

      We purchased a life Insurance policy from *** in **** for my husband. Never missed a payment the premiums automatically drafted from our bank for the past 20 years. The expiration date for this policy was ******* of ****. In December of 2023 I made contact with representative of *** to see what our options were to maintain the policy with the same value. The representative ask for list of medicines my husband was taking and after I mentioned the medication for Alzheimers, the representative told me my husband was not eligible for coverage. The call was ended. We received notification in the mail to contact *** to get options for my husband's policy which was set to expire in ******* of ****. I contacted them again in December, the representative found notes and stated that the only coverage my husband was eligible or was a $10,000 policy for $870 and they were going to send an Docusign to trigger coverage and it needed to be signed before my husband's birthday in Jan. I sent an e-mail back to *** stating we are not interested in $10K policy for $870. On February 5th *** took over $900 from my account. I called them on 6th they told me they could not put the money back the same way it was taken and they would send it to me in the mail and I would have it within 3 business days. I called them on Feb 21st and told them I still do not have my money to pay my bills. I was told I should have the money electronically put back in my bank account no later than Friday. Today is Friday and my money has not been returned. They have the worse customer service. I was told they would call me back on Wednesday 21st I had to call them back. They treated me like dirt after 20 yrs of us being a customer. The took money and have no urgency of returning the money back. I do not recommend this company for life Insurance there are much better companies out there. I will call again to find the status of my refund. This should not happen to ordinary people to need $900 to pay bills.
