      As with many others this organization should be subject to late fees for failing to comply with their own policies. We have sent claims via fax and mail (they wont accept digital submissions) with no success. All complaints are similar but they are not held accountable. Know one should do business with any of *** subsidiaries.

      awful!! run! I was just checking up on policies,beneficiaries etc. Trying to get everything in a notebook for my loved ones for when that time comes so it will be easier on them. First off they argued with me because I didnt sound like a male,continued to ask me my name and info and then would tell me "no this isnt him,I need to know who I am speaking to" I was on hold for over an hour,it had taken me 2 hours to even get thro to a person so I wasnt about to hang up and start all over. I finally got info on 1 policy,I was told I would have to be transfered to another **** because it was a different type of policy. I asked for the direct number or extension and she said she wasnt allowed to give that. Again put on hold for another 30 min. different person BUT same questions and accusastions. I had to get very angry and demand to talk to a direct supervisor!They freely take our money but trying to get MY INFO ON MY POLICY that I PAYfor was ridiculous!They are life insurance policies and if I had to go thro that much trouble, I do not want my children who are already going to be upset to have to go thro that much trouble. A 2 hr wait to actually talk to a person then another hr on the phone arguing and getting put on hold. I will be looking for another company!

      I have had nothing but a runaround trying to get my check of ****** from this company 4 years of loyalty payments and finding out they willl not possibly pay me I cashed it out because of there reviews lately bad business practices. And after ***** died on March 21,2021 I just cant take anymore loss . Im currently on phone with them as I write . This young lady is trying but to no avail if a letter was sent on Feb 2,2024 should it not be here in in ****** Im so saddened by all the crazy things happening in this world . But I was expecting something to happen ********** is lady ** talking too And she just keeps saying stay on line doing nothing to help ***** I HAVE NO MORE TRUST IN PEOPLE. You have no idea how hard it is to live on nothing.

      I purchase insurance through expedia for my trip I was unable to go on my trip. So I thought the insurance would give me my money back. That's what I purchased it for but no, they put you through. The Ringer ask a million questions.Making you feel out Form after form. Just to make you jump through more hoops and ask more questions not to give you your money back and tells you. It can take up to sixy day's this is a complete scam! Never ever ever ever purchase insurance through expedia! Why should it matter? Why I can't go on the trip? I can't go I paid you for insurance. So if I didn't go I could get my money back.

      I purchased a warranty service contract with *** for my refrigerator in 2020 and had to place 2 service calls for noise and lights out. I called *** waited a reasonable amount of time. Placed the call and got the problems resolved quickly by a local service provider. I was sent a letter to get my washer and dryer under extended warranty in 2023 and based on my previous experience I purchased the warranty for both appliances. I needed service on the washer and attempted to contact *** to place a service call beginning Jan 10th, ****. I waited on hold for 30 minutes and finally had to hang up. I subsequently attempted calls on 1/11- 24 min, 1/12 -36 min, 1/15- 28 min, 1/17- 22min. 1/22- 20min, 1/23 -32min and finally spoke to a call taker that took my information and asked me to hold while she placed my service call. I waited for 45 minutes, and she never returned to the call. I sent an email to an email address I found and actually got a response from that told me that I was calling the wrong number. I called the number he provided and waited another 32 minutes and finally spoke to a call taker and he took the model and serial number of the washing machine and a service call was finally placed. The next day I got a call from the service provider telling me that the serial number on the call was for my refrigerator and not the washer and that I had to call *** to place a call on the washer. I freaked out...I had already spent nearly 5 hours on hold and now I have to call again because of incompetence. This is the worst customer service I have ever received from a company. I wrote back to the email and never got a reply. Clearly this change in response time is an attempt to frustrate customers until they give up and *** does not have to honor their commitment. I will never purchase anything from *** and will warn everyone on my social media of my horrible experience.

      I have a policy through Apple with regard to my iPhone. I have always had the find my phone function active but now that I have lost my phone *** is saying it was not active and thus my phone is not covered for loss. The idea of paying a monthly premium only to be scammed when the policy is needed is clearly par for the course given the other reviews on this company. Stay away at all costs.

      My clients father was a long time customer and held a substantial annuity account with **** He passed away in 2021. He had his daughters listed as beneficiaries on his account. As of January ****, they have still not been able to receive the funds. They send us forms, we fill them out and return and months later another set of form arrives . We have been going back and forth where *** keeps telling us that once they receive this last piece of information, they will release the funds. But over a year and a half and that still has not happened. I had heard complaints before about certain businesses, never thought *** would be one of them.They need to get their act together or people should be wary of investing with them!

      THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE A SENSE OF URGENCY IN HELPING Customers. THEY CONTINUOUSLY HAVE YOU GO BACK AND Forth SENDING PAPERWORK THAT IS NEEDED FOR PROCESSING. GIVE ALL THE INFORMATION THE 1ST TIME SO A PERSON DOES NOT HAVE TO GO BACK AND Forth.

      My 71 year old Mother purchased life insurance through *** 2 years ago, she had to cancel due to low income. She only got 7 dollars back! We are highly disappointed
