      Three times they sent a technician only the third time someone showed up, only to tell me he had to come back with an additional person because he was given the wrong information. After this I called for a refund and ******* insisted on a credit instead of a refund. Extremely frustrating and complete waste of time.

      Zero stars. Very misleading. They only offer plans for multiple cleaning and not just one when you need it. I tried to cancel a cleaning as I didnt need it and THEN they offered me the option to schedule the cleaning myself without a plan. They only way I could utilize this option is by paying a $100 cancellation fee which would be applied to my future cleanings. This is very misleading and nowhere does it say you have to pay $100 towards a service you dont want. The one cleaning I did have, the cleaner quickly wiped the floor without unplugging my new lamp that has a floor clicker and now the lamp will not turn on. This company is very predatory and will charge you for services you dont need.

      I booked an appointment for a 5 hour cleaning service. I prepped the house and cleared schedule. The reason I had scheduled this cleaning is my mother has lung cancer and has been in ICU- she will be dismissed in a couple of days and needs a clean home. We also have family that will be visiting and there is no other time this could be scheduled.I received a cancellation E-Mail 4 minutes prior to appointment time. I contacted customer service and they were unapologetic and had set a new appointment date and time without any conversation. When I explained there is no other time that will work they only offered me a CREDIT towards future services. They no-showed and will not refund my monies - I would not want to use their services again due to lack of professional courtesy. I asked for a refund - to which they said someone would contact me in ***** hours.

      They offered to do an HVAC check up through a partnership with Nest, then same day cancelled and rescheduled 4 times over the course of 2 weeks before officially cancelling due to "lack of service in my area." They proactively offered to come look at my system then told me they had no one in our area. They also charged me ahead of time which is the only reason I kept my booking after the multiple reschedules. I also now am 2 weeks later in finding someone to look at my AC system, very inconvenient and unprofessional.

      4 times these jerks "rescheduled" a toolet installation only to not show up. Unfortunately ***** connected themselves with theses a** holes, & makes them.look bad. This llasr time rhey scheduled 2 back to back reschedules inside a minute, for same toilet. One a whole month out! I've already had the toilet a month!!!

      They are completely ripping off their workers . First off they charge the customer triple of what they pay their workers leaving the customers to expect greater jobs than what the cleaner is actually being paid for . Leaving clients to give cleaners bad reviews when in fact cleaners are told the service is a basic cleaning . Leaving leway to Racist customers to sabotage workers ; not to mention the illegal fees handy takes out of workers checks & falsely advertising daily pay when in reality that can only start almost two weeks after the Job. Very unethical company built on exploiting & gaining money

      Handy.com is one of the very worst businesses with whom I have interacted. I bought a outdoor patio set from Wayfair and paid for Handy to assemble the set at the time I paid for the patio set. First, they rescheduled the assembly date. Worse, the person assigned- *****- never showed up and despite multiple texts sent to him, there was ZERO communication. I called Wayfair the next day, February 27, and though I was able to cancel the booking, which presumably meant I would receive a refund, the refund has STILL not arrived as of April 21. This is despite having contacted Wayfair and Handy multiple times. The Wayfair delivery was as specified and I am satisfied with the product. If they do not contract with another service company, I will NEVER purchase another item from them. Customer service is NOT their priority.

      Don't waste your time. I was scheduled to have someone arrive at 12noon. By 1:15pm no one arrived. I tried to login into the Handy App to track the location but the App failed to email me a login link upon request. I tried several times then contacted Customer Support. The person was unsuccessfully at resolving the problem with the App, however she provided me with the number of the person who was supposed to come to my house. I called him, and he said he had an emergency. He said he would come between 4-5pm. I waited. He never arrived. I called him and he didn't answer. I contacted **************** again and the service was cancelled. I rescheduled for a different day, but after reading reviews on bbb.org I decided to cancel. I never heard of Handy.com and only decided to use them because the store where I purchased my furniture uses them so I figured it was a decent company.

      I would a 0 rating if I could. We paid in advance to have the patio furniture assembled. **************** is awful when trying to get help and there are no numbers where you can call and make a complaint. We did not receive a call when the scheduled time had passed. We called customer service and they had no idea of where the pro was and had no idea if he would ever show. They were to assemble 2 patio chairs and tables for the patio. One pro showed up and left before finishing the job. The remaining patio furniture assembly was rescheduled for another day, and it was a no-show and no-call. It's either poor service or no service rendered, unhelpful customer service, either NO or POOR communication, and the list goes on. Shysty company, avoid at all costs.

      Paid for a sink measurement Jan. 22, 2023. Handy has re-scheduled 10 times. It's now April 6 and the work is still not done. Stay away fro Handy - and Lowes.
