      Handy = huge hassles. Ive had 3 experiences with handy via ******* and all 3 have been a disaster. First guy broke the item he was assembling and required replacement. 2nd guy 2 hours late. 3rd guy cancelled/asked to reschedule 2 hours before appt to assemble the item that handy broke. Huge inconvenience to my schedule. Very unreliable and unprofessional. Do not use

      Handy had a pro to provide cleaning services for me twice. The pro told me that he was the only one cleaning for Handy. After 2 cleanings, which were well done btw, my pro never showed or cancelled with me the 3rd time. I was told after the fact, and after I paid, that he quit. They gave me a new ************* that didn't work for me so I rescheduled for this morning. Again, at the last minute, the person didn't show. Both times, I had taken time off work to make sure I was home. I called customer service. They didn't want to help me at all, but finally after being passed off to the second person, they said they would credit my account for the payment they'd already deducted from my account, as well as cancel my year committment without penalizing me the $99. Well, they did credit my account, but say nothing in their follow-up email about cancelling my account. In fact, they say that my cleaning has been rescheduled. At this point, I don't want anyone from that company stepping foot in my home. I don't trust their words or actions at this point, and their customer service department is just as crooked.

      Terrible company. Someone needs to stop them from being in business. The painter I hired through them broke an expensive item in my home and this company is just ignoring the claim I filed.

      I purchased a garage door opener through Lowes.com and also paid for the installation services of Handy. Im on day two of them cancelling, and one of us taking the day off of work for the installation tech that never was. Its completely unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I would. ***** has, allegedly, refunded the money for the service, but I will never again pay for any installation services through Lowes.

      Miserable. Got stood up two times for a Handy Profesional to show up. Was never notified the first time that the guy was not coming. And the second time, they cancelled the appointment AFTER the appointment time. calling them is worthless. STAY AWAY, they are miserable people to deal with. Who do i send my bill for waiting for them to show up.

      Worst experience Ive ever had . Handy cancelled 4 times. Each time said installer was on there way and then cancelled. Point of contact they give out is unreachable. I went to Lowes and they gave me a refund. I would never even think of using Handy Installation again. Must be very poorly managed and run

      I have used this company twice and both times the guys show up and spend 30 min. Looking at the item and then continue to say they cant do the installation cause they need another guy. So they leave! I call the company and ask for a refund on the installation and they say to me, they showed up and were there for 30 min. So we have to charge you!! NO REFUND and NO InSTILLATION!! Stay away from this company as they are a total RIP OFF!!!

      Horrible. Pro didnt show up, and it is impossible to get a response from Handy. Waste of money and a huge hassle. Was on hold 45 minutes before hanging up, they ignore the chat function on website, I gave up after 60 minutes of being ignored.

      Unfortunately ****** has partnered with Handy to install ****** Home and Nest products. My own experience in March of 2023 is 4 Reschedulings and a no-show. **************** was called after the 2nd rescheduling. Zero empathy from customer service rep. ZERO options to get things right with Handy. Hate to say the experience from ****** was pretty soul less. Had previously purchased Nest products which were installed quickly and on my schedule, but by a different services partner than Handy. If you have a choice avoid Handy
