      I purchased an item from Wayfair online and they use Handy for assembly. I purchased the assembly for $108, but cancelled the appointment because I was given a window from Wayfair for delivery and I did not want Handy to come before the item arrived. I tried to reschedule through Wayfair, but could not because the item had already been delivered. I called Handy directly and was told the assembly would now be $149 because their prices fluctuate, but if I bought a membership for $29, I could get 20% off. I said I would check with my handyman first and then call them back. He was.not available and I called Handy within less than ten minutes and now the price was $189 and if I purchased a membership for $49, I could get 40%. This sounds like a racket in my opinion and I would never use this company for anything and I would not order anything that needs to be assembled from a company who uses this service.

      We bought a garbage disposal at Lowes with installation via handy.com. The installer did not show up twice. We took off work two days. Terrible service. Do not schedule installation through Lowes /handy.com. It may never be installed. ****************

      Constantly reschedule service. They farm it out to lowest bidder. A company like ****** should have more pride in their reputation.

      Horrid! They canceled on me 3 times, and then said it would be another 48 hours to book someone else, who could also likely cancel Last minute. To make matter worse, the contractor marked the job as done, even though my mattress is still here waiting to be picked up. I chatted with them 4 times, and ALL four times my chat was disconnected by the rep for absolutely no reason other than they did not want to actually assist a customer. They all offered the same response of we need 48 hours lead time and we cant contact your handyman directly. This is the problem with tech companies who put all their resources into the platform and ZERO into customer service! Worst experience ever! The very worst part is that this random man who never showed up has my name and address. Talk about unsettling!

      If there was a score lower than 1 I would give it. 1. They sent a young man with obviously little experience and he did not even have a stud finder since 12 holes (six on each side for the mirror installation----12 holes in my walls later............I had to hire professionals to rehang bathroom mirrors, repair the wall and paint.2. The work was done mid October 2022 3. After 18 emails back and forth I had to get ******* involved because they set me up with Handy 4. As I write this it is March 1st and I have finally been paid in full!!5. Handy says they are not "happy until you are"..THAT IS A LIE.6. THEY ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES FOR THE SAME INFORMATION OVER AND OVER AND OVER 7. WITHOUT WAYFAIR I would still be waiting for resolution.8. ******* executive offices in particular **** at ******* is miraculous. I do recommend ******* and I told them to dump Handy as it reflect so poorly on their company (*******)9. After ******* got involved it took another 11 emails to get them to respond--even the customer resolution at ******* couldn't get them to respond until their executive offices intervened!!!!!!!!!!!!!10. After providing documentation ******* intervention and they still asked for the same information again 11. The staff at handy does not talk to each other-one email says one thing and another says something different.THEY ARE DISHONEST THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMER FOCUSED THEY DO NOT SEND PROFESSIONALS IT SEEMED THAT THE GUY THEY SENT WAS BRAND NEW AT THIS TYPE OF WORK THEY ARE DISORGANIZED THEY IMPEED SERVICE RATHER THAN PROVIDE IT ONLY AFTER GETTING THEIR VENDOR--WAYFAIR--INVOLVED DID THEY TRY TO EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE ME AT ALL--NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THEM --EVER!!

      Worst experience ever, I repeat, worst experience ever. Thats what happens when companies dont read customer reviews, they get lazy and indifferent to their customers complaints and constructive input.

      Handy is the *****, I wish I had checked out the reviews before I requested them to assemble a bookcase for me. If I could give them a minus zero star, they would get it. Customer service is awful when trying to get help and doesn't have any numbers where you can call and complain.Don't mess with HANDY, they are shysters. They gave me a call saying they would be me in 90 minutes and never came or called.

      Zero stars I bought a stovetop from ******* the end of December. I paid in advance over $200 for a handy installer, they were supposed to come on Jan 9, they cancelled, rescheduled for Jan 16, cancelled, then Jan 20, cancelled, then Jan 25, cancelled, then Feb 8, already cancelled, rescheduled for Feb 22!!!!!! They are very hard to contact by design. I contacted ******** that is a great company and asked for a refund of the installation and found someone here locally. Thus is beyond unacceptable and I had no stovetop for all that time. Beware!!

      What poor cleaning and even worse customer service. I signed up for three cleanings just to try it out before getting a higher package. My first was a no-show, the rescheduled appointment was maybe a 7 of 10 while the second was about a 5 of 10. My third and final cleaning (fingers crossed) was over in about an hour with no further communication, meaning not much was cleaned. While talking with multiple people at "customer service" I was told my account would not auto renew, yet I see another cleaning scheduled for next month. Furthermore, I'm being told there is a $99 cancellation fee. A cancellation fee on top of paying for services I haven't received.
