      If I could give 0 stars, I would. Thought I would save my husband precious weekend time and hire someone to install a new door handle set and deadbolt for our front door. The repair person showed me that the code was working for the deadbolt without actually showing me that the deadbolt and new door latch actually lined with with the door. I did not even think to question that. We were left with a front door that DID NOT CLOSE and NO response yet despite calling the help number and getting 2 emails saying they would be responding. My husband spent his time, anyway, fixing out door. Hard pass to using this service again.

      Would love to leave 0 star rating. Showed up, didn't start job, said I bought wrong light, the guy they sent was not an electrician by his own admission. Tried rescheduling and got the total run around for 5 days. Hired another local company who was at my house 2 hours after I called them and did the job right then and there. Heard laughter on the phone when I called Handy Services to cancel the service call and the man was trying to schedule me for next week when I clearly told him that their services would not be needed. Absolutely the worst customer service company ever.

      The technician Handy sent out was knowledgeable and friendly but incorrectly charged us for a service that was supposed to be covered by Handy. Handy's solution was to offer a $10 credit on a future service with them, followed by 50% of my service fee refunded in credits to be used on a future service. After much back and forth, they finally agreed to refund my fee but it took putting up a fight, which most people wont do. Really poor customer service.

      Had a horrible experience. *** came out, poorly assembled my tv stand. It was so bad, the company issued a reimbursement check. The unit was ruined! I have yet to be reimbursed for the the service. I have emailed them for months now. I would not recommend them! I would give zero stars if I could!!!!

      I bought ************* last black Friday and ******* partnered with Handy to install my TV, while waiting for one of the installer we ask one of the handyman about the Patio for help, He said he can fix my patio for $1600,I have no doubt that he can do it since it says in the app that he has 15years of experience as a *********, He asked for a down payment of $600, then later on additional $500.I spent $1700 in total including materials, He later ruined my Patio. I reported to Handy and their reply is it was not Booked to their app,I explained that the deception happened while he was under handy's time and According to respondeat superior, they should be liable, Handy later on sent 1 handyman to assess the damage done, The new handyman assess the damage and estimated $2500-3500 in damaged.Handy asked for the estimated damage so I sent it and one of the representative ******,wants me to charge my home insurance for the damaged done by their contractor/employee.. unbelievable!!It was a stressfull Decemeber and stressfull start of new year going back and forth with them

      Handy is a scam! Watch out for the company to keep canceling an hour or less before the scheduled time. I contacted the individuals and they said to cancel Handy and they will come and put up my gazebo under the table. When they were done with the job, they took all of the extra parts, yes, they did NOT put it up right and it has been falling apart. Luckily, ****** has been good to deal with and are trying to make the situation right. Btw, the individuals that showed up looked sketchy, I’m glad I had someone home with me when they were home.

      I ordered a ****** **** product with a half off handy installation. I took a day off of work with the expectation of the installation provider arriving between 8-10AM. At 9:30AM I received an email telling me the installation provider was on their way. At 10:15AM, post appointment time, I tried to contact the professional listed on the email to figure out how much of a delay there would be. The phone number was NOT a working number. I called Handy and they asked me to reschedule and said they were sorry the installation provider had to cancel. At which point, I became incredibly frustrated because no one cancelled - no one showed up! I called ****** since they encouraged the purchase of this service and there was really nothing they could do. Super frustrating because I generally find ****** to be a phenomenal company but they have paired with such a lackluster service provider. I will never use Handy again and I am considering moving away from ****** products just based on their poor business decision to work with such an abysmal company like Handy. My advice would be to STAY AWAY FROM HANDY and hire your own installation professional. Save yourself the waste of time, money and frustration.

      My furnace stopped heating and I tried booking an HVAC appointment through Handy. Appointment was scheduled two days out which seemed reasonable. Appointment was rescheduled twice, each time I was notified the day of the previous appointment. Called customer service to make sure they actually had someone scheduled and not just random time slots. Said the best they could offer was a day AFTER my current appointment. Cancelled and called a local place, they can come out the same day. Keep in mind this is ******** in the winter. There is snow on the ground and my house is currently 44F.Please be warned! They schedule appointment times before actually contacting the service!

      No service ever rendered, unhelpful customer service, either NO or POOR communication, the list goes on. 100% a bad company, avoid at all costs.
