      Lost 2 small diamonds after having my ring upgraded at Diamonds International. *****, in their customer service department handled everything smoothly. He emailed a shipping label & followed through with phone ************* to keep us updated on the repair. I received my ring as promised, in 2 months. Excellent repair! Sent securely by *****. I'm very satisfied with the service!

      Bought Diamond and ring in **************** in April 2025 ran out of time to get the diamond set, had to leave and get back on cruise ship. Contacted Diamond International corporate and contacted Mrs. ******** She walked me all the way through the process of sending and receiving the ring back. They took care of our problem hassle-free. Thanks Diamond International.

      I purchased my ring in ******. It was too big. *** was very helpful. He even called me on the phone. He kept me updated. Told me it would take up to 6 weeks to get my ring back. It was less than a week!!

      We bought a tanzanite ring for my daughter. When we got home the tanzanite fell out of its setting. Luckily my daughter was able to find the tanzanite stone. We contacted diamonds international via email and an associate name ****** *. has taken us through the process. We sent in the ring with the tanzanite stone and they sent it off to their manufacturer to have it repaired. We received it back in about 3 weeks. We then took it to our local jeweler to make sure that everything was done properly and they stated that it was. We certainly were disappointed that the setting wasn't strong enough and broke after just wearing it a few hours, however ******** customer service was absolutely excellent. He would answer emails within minutes of us sending them.There was no charge for any of the repair. They even sent a prepaid, pre-insured shipping label to us. When the ring was sent back it was also insured and sent in a very safe packaging manner.

      I purchased a necklace from DI in ************, ** while on a cruise. I was trying to surprise my wife while on an excursion so I purchased it in a hurry without her seeing it. After getting back on the ship and giving it to her, we noticed there was damage on the necklace. We contacted DI after getting home and received a reply from ***** *. He explained everything that DI would do to ensure that we were satisfied. After submitting some photos, they sent us a ***** return label to return the damaged item and upon inspection they notified me once they received the item and once again after they inspected it and told me that they would be sending a replacement necklace. ***** *. sent me another email once the replacement was shipped along with a tracking number. We received the replacement and are completely satisfied. We have purchased items from Diamonds International in the past and have always been satisfied. This time is no different. Thank you ***** *. for all the help!

Your emails, updates, letting us know the work progress on our ring, etc. We received our ring this afternoon (right on time) and she's a happy camper again. Keep up the good work.       I purchased a ring while on a cruise from Diamond International. When I got home I discovered all the flaws in my ring. When I reached out CSR *** emailed back and we got the process started. Long story short I got my ring back today and I LOVE it so much more than I did before. The setting was fixed perfect for my ring and I now feel confident wearing it and not afraid that my diamonds or tanzanite are going to fall out. I would 100% buy from here again.
