      was really great. I had to contact Diamonds 6 weeks after my purchase since the diamond fell out of my ring. Luckily i found it.******* * was so helpful in all of her instructions and keeping in touch with me via email.The ring was returned to me and looks great.

      I bought a beautiful diamond ring in ********* while I was on vacation and it unfortunately had an issue. I called ******** customer service and they assigned a customer rep named *****. After explaining the situation to *****, she devoted her full attention to resolving the issue. She kept an eye on the entire process and gave me a choice to either get a full credit or do an exchange. ***** found the same Crown of Light ring in a local ******* store and along with *****, the manager of the store in **********************, located the correct size and quality of the same style ring as a replacement. I have to commend them both because the retail cost of the ring went up since my purchase in January they did an even exchange to make sure everything was right with me. They did the right thing along with senior management of Diamonds International. I am very happy with ***** and ***** and applaud their excellent customer service in my situation. Thank you! I love my beautiful jewelry and your wonderful customer service! I will be a loyal customer forever thanks to these terrific employees.
