After about a week from when I originally spoke with someone, I called in again for follow-up on a charge that should have been voided. I then spoke with ******* who said there was no claim in the system. He not only initiated my claim, but efficiently set up a communication trail with ****** and ********. They were extremely courteous and expeditiously took charge to resolve the issue at hand. I was pleasantly surprised by the turnaround time. Thank you!Diamonds International

I purchased a watch while on a cruise. Upon returning to the ship, I realized that the watch was not working. I called the store I purchased it from when I returned home. After talking to them a few times, they said they would contact customer service to assist me. When I hadn't heard from them after a couple days, I called and left a message with customer service. They called me back and arranged to have someone contact me to assist me with getting my watch fixed. The store had not contacted them, so she was going to contact the store to verify what they had told me. Then, ******************** left a message on my phone as well as sending me an email. She was wonderful to work with. She took care of everything quickly for me. I appreciate her help in resolving the issue. Thank you, ********, for your help.Diamonds International

I bought a *********************** sleep bracelet/day bracelet set and was a 30 day guarantee on it. Long story short had some issues getting my purchase price back from Diamonds International since April. I finally now have it credited back on my credit card. The customer service representative I dealt with through this whole affair was ****************** Let me sing praises on how she kept working with me on this issue and how respectful and courteous she was because i will admit there was some emails I sent that I was getting pretty angry with Diamond International- not her though. DH better be glad they have a employee like her to handle these situations because it is hard to find that qualification in people now with how the world is today with work force and ethics.Diamonds International

I purchased a beautiful ring while on an ******* cruise. Unfortunately once I returned home I noticed two of the small diamonds were missing. In addition, the sizing work that was done at the original store was not stellar (a seam was visible). I contacted Diamonds International customer service and then promptly received a call from ****************** To make a long story ************************** was fantastic. She explained the process and addressed all of my concerns, promptly responding to all of my emails. She assured me that Diamonds Int'l would make sure I would be happy with the repair and she was right. Thank you *******!Diamonds International

Diamond International is awful, they pressure to sell you something, and knowing that you are on a cruise with limited time knowing you won't fully have the time to investigate. I decided to buy something and they pressured me into purchasing an additional item before I could buy it. My appraisals of the items did not warrant the price I paid. Later when I tried to return it, they said I could return it only for a store credit. So I am paying a monthly credit card **** for a STORE CREDIT! Any other credit cards just return the balance and you owe nothing. DO NOT go on a CRUISE and get sucked into buying from this company. The cruise lines should not allow this type of sales pitch on their ships. I wonder how big the cut they get. NEVER AGAIN!Diamonds International
