      Absolutely awful experience with this vendor. I was a first time customer and had purchased expensive earrings and received a confirmation email saying your order is expected to ship Tuesday, August 27, 2024. I gave them 10 days and on September 6 my online order status hadnt changed and I didnt have any emails saying there was a delay or anything. After chatting with support (****) I hear, I'm sorry for the slight delay in processing your order. Let me check this with the production department and get back to you soon with an update via email. I will try my best to ship this within 1 - 3 days. Of course from here I hear NOTHING and nothing changes so I reach out to support again September 9 and support (*******) says, To be shipped out between Tuesday and Thursday. (September 10 and 12). Surprise, after this wait still nothing and zero communication to explain the processing delay. So I contact support AGAIN on September 15 (*****) and they say, This will be shipping out in the coming week. You guessed it, still nothing. On September 19 I emailed support (Dilini) and they said, Your order expected to ship on the 09/20. ******** again, nothing shipped, no change in online order status, nothing. This has been so frustrating and at this point Im starting to think the whole company is a complete scam. *** filed a dispute with my credit card and wanted to warn others.

      I ordered a pair of 2 1/4 carat peridot earrings set in 925 sterling silver on 8/4/24 which were supposed to ship two days later from ******** with insurance. Three weeks later, having received nothing and finding nothing had been mailed, I contacted their customer support via text and was told they would ship on 8/26. I assume they never would have come if I had not complained. They finally arrived today, 8/30/24. Theyre broken, not surprisingly, having read other reviews. Theyre also not anywhere near 2 1/4 carats. Theyre probably not sterling silver or peridot for that matter. I thank God I only wasted $20 on this craptastic joke of a company and blame myself for being so stupid. TEMU is a zillion times better than this company.Five star reviews must all be ******* NOT waste your money on this garbage. 0/10 DNR

      This company says they have great jewelry. Lifetime repairs or replacement. All lies. They sold me a 1 carat blue diamond halo ring. It's been broken 3 times. I didn't know gold was so fragile. The prongs bending a break. I have many other rings. Not from superjeweler that I've had for 30 years. Never broken. And I wear everyday. This company told me to repair my ring it would cost 600$. 300$ less than I paid in total. I told them to send back my property. I'll take it elsewhere to be fixed. And they want to charge me 30$ to repair a necklace. Please be careful buying anything from them. I bought a 1/2 carat diamond ***** wing ring. It turned her finger green. It was supposed to be silver. It was not.And don't send them anything you purchased from them. They don't but what they sell. At least they didn't want anything I purchased from them back. Just some old yellow gold I inherited. Just like my ring... they're sending it right back to me. This company has just went downhill. Used to be great.Not anymore. The bottom of the dumpster ??.

      On May 14th I ordered a ring and when I received my receipt it said order is expected to ship on May 21st. I have called over and over about my product being shipped and never get a good answer. I was told it would ship on May the 23rd or 24th and it didn't ship. I called on May 24th at 2:22 pm and was told it would ship May 28th and I told the lady there is no way it would ship that day because it's a holiday. So at 4:15 I spoke with *********************** and told her what the person told me and she confirmed they would be closed on Monday the 28th. I called the 31st at 3:02 and said the product would ship June 5th. On today I called which is June the 5th and spoke with *********************** at 10:19 and was told my product would either ship today or tomorrow which is June 6th. This isn't good business. My receipt is an contract with an date. If you know it may not be the date you give don't put an expected ship date on the receipt 15 days later and the product hasn't shipped isn't an good expected date. I really need something to be done ASAP. I ordered the ring on the phone with *********************** and was told she would get the production team on it so I could receive in good time. Oder being placed on May 14th and today is June 5th and product hasn't shipped isn't good time.

      I order an engagement ring and after a few days I'm concerned as to why there's no action on the delivery process so I contact them about why it's taking so long after 2 weeks. They tell me the usual bs about how they want to take their time to make sure it is perfect. Then 3 weeks go by and they call me to tell me they don't know how I was able to purchase that item for that price and they want me to consider another item. This place is a complete scam!!!

      Horrible quality, bought emerald ******* ring so cloudy bad quality so I returned, for the blue sapphire ring bought same day, was pitch black, I requested for exchange, they changed for the blue stone, but left a scratch on the stone, now they said I have to pay for return for shipping fee for something totally their fault....I'm done with Super jewelry

      I made a purchase of a tennis bracelet on December 24, 2023 and was told the order would be mailed out January 5, ****. I have emailed and called for a status shipment update. No one has responded by email or phone. I spent over $600.00 and now that I finally ready the negative review's and Better business bureau complaints I am now very concerned about my order. Today is Jan 9 ************************************************* response.

      the bracelet turned my daughter green in less than a week so i took it to **** shop its copper not brass with platinum overlay diamonds was ugly white stone didnt think to ask if they was real he looked at them n when he was done looking said copper assuming diamonds r fake if not so ugly some a ugly grey n most stones white not diamond n if it is real i dont want ugly diamonds did get a refund thru ******* since i bought it there but sold buy super jewelers

      I just purchased a 3 carat engagement ring. Wow! she loved it. I took it to a jeweler and no joke- I saved over $2000! I will never buy jewelry anywhere else.
