      Placed an order on 1/15/24 for makeup in the amount of *****. Because it was not reflected on their website that I had placed an order, I accidentally placed the same order on 1/26/ 24 in the amount of *****. I have never received either order. I reached out to their customer support email. I received an email back after several attempts that the product was back ordered and that it would arrive in 2 weeks. It has been 2 weeks and still have not received either order. I reached out Monday 2/12/ 24 requesting a refund of both charges. I have received no response. At this point I am no longer interested in the product or doing business with a company run so poorly. I simply want my money back.

      Ive ordered products that I want to return and the company sends me return label links that cant be opened and printed. The reason the link wont allow the labels to print is that when opened it states that the merchandise has already been returned. You cant call customer service either because they have disconnected their customer service line . My order number ************* My ZIP Code is*****

      I have went ahead and issued a full refund on the order as of today. 

      You do not have to send the items back and you should see the refund reflect on your credit or bank card in 2-4 business days time.
