      I am receiving countless spam emails from this company and have repeatedly used their opt out and unsubscribe procedures to make them stop, but it does not work. HELP!

      At this time, I have not been contacted by Laura Geller Makeup regarding complaint ID ********.  I CONTINUE TO GET MULTIPLE UNWANTED DAILY EMAIL ADVERTISEMENTS FROM THIS FIRM AFTER CONTINUED REQUESTS TO STOP USING THE SYSTEM THEY SAY WILL REMOVE ME FROM THEIR EMAIL LIST(s)

      Placed an order November 24th, have not received it as of yet. I have sent numerous emails and NO response. Tried to log onto chat and will not connect. It states to give 24 to 72 hours to respond but no follow through.

      Hello, and thanks for your help.I have been trying to unsubscribe from emails from this business for now nearly 2 months. I have filled out their online form, called, and responded to their emails with absolutely no change in the number of emails I receive from this company. I have begged them to stop, but they are unrelenting, unprofessional, untruthful and unreliable. I told them that if they could not figure out how to stop the emails that I would be forced to report them. They told me everything was taken care of and everything was settled. Yet the emails persist. They then asked me to wait a few business days, but it seems that over 3 weeks with several interval communications should be enough to make unwanted solicitations stop. But no. I cannot be the only person who is being frankly harassed by unresponsive companies; I hope this is some sort of electronic glitch, but no one will admit to that nor escalate to a higher authority for assistance.Its not right! Ive never had an experience like this before; not even sure how these things started. Thanks in advance for your help and advice.I have many, many emails; not sure you want them uploaded but happy to do so if you think it will be helpful (and I cannot produce the email of their online form submission).Thanks.

      RE: Order # **********.I chatted online with a representative two days ago. I also sent this company a message telling them I was unhappy with these products. And I wanted a refund. A representative wrote me back but offered to exchange these items for something else. This is not what I wanted. Then the representative said I had a choice to mail these items back at my expense or they could send me a free return label. Never gave me any address information. I responded back to please send me a free return label so I can send these items back for a full refund. During this time the company emailed me to ask me to do a customer survey about the representative that wrote to me. I explained in the survey that I wasnt happy. The survey already had the representatives name in the subject line. I suppose my survey information was shared with the representative and now Im not getting any response from this company. This is very unprofessional. I told them in my email that most companies arent asking for products to be returned; especially since COVID. They have proof of my purchasing and paying for these items. So I feel they should issue me a refund. It should not be this complicated.

      I have unsubscribed from their email list at least four times and emailed them twice to unsubscribe and I continue to receive emails that I do not want to receive.
