My household (two members) recently participated in the radio survey and submitted our radio diaries immediately upon completion. It has been many weeks and we still have not received compensation, which was promised at $20/person in the household, for a total of $40.Business Response

It has already been 1-2 months.

We took a ******* Radio survey where we received numerous call stating that if we took the survey we would get ***** per survey. It also stated this on the paperwork that was sent to us. We had done this in the past and they paid the first time. The second time now after talking to someone they said that there is no bonus with this one. It stated it on the surveys. There was a lot of time involved with these and this goes back to September and it was supposed to be mailed out within 4-6 weeks. Please send our payment for 6 surveys to *************************** ************************************* ***********, **. ***** I do not have any paperwork and I talked to someone and they stated they have our surveys.Business Response

I was sent an email asking to take a survey about *************** When the survey was completed I would receive a monetary e-card. The survey was sent to me on August 19th. I completed the survey and no e-card. I sent an email referencing that I hadn't received the e-card. They asked for more information and I sent that to them. I received a response saying that I would receive the e-card the first week of October. No e-card. Then I received an email that payment would come the last week of November. No e-card. I then called and the customer service representative said it had been sent. I responded I didn't receive anything. The customer representative said they would issue another e-card and send it out immediately. Still no e-card!Business Response

I am unsure of the address of nielsen branch, I was mailed 5 diaries to have completed from members of my household. We were to record the times and radio stations we listened to for a week and promised 15 dollars a piece (75 dollars). We completed the diaries and mailed them out. This was more than a month ago and we still have not received our compensation. This was very time consuming and we held our part of the bargain. I reached out to the company through email and phone number and I have not received any feedback. I would like the 75 dollars we were promised for our time.Business Response

Took a survey over a week returned survey in order to receive 10 dollars. Got a check for 10 dollars deposited in my bank check bounced and was charged a return fee of 12 dollars unbelievable!!!Business Response

Nielsen keeps showing up to my home unannounced and uninvited. I keep not answering hoping they'd take the hint, but they keep coming. This is harassment. If I wanted to be in contact with them, I would reach out or open the door.Business Response

About 2 months ago I signed up for ********* online marketing. Not long after I changed my mind and deleted any ******* software on my computer/smartphone. Even though I unsubscribed from their email, I STILL receive emails from them DAILY. I then tried to contact them via their online form, and the form doesn't work.
