So I entered into a two year thing with this company, and everything was going good, now I originally agreed to just 2 television's but we have 3 so I let them add equipment to the 3rd well come to find out, if you have 3 TV's plugged into a wall you HAVE TO HAVE THE EQUIPMENT ON ALL OF THEM IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE, why wouldn't that be made CLEAR in the beginning, because I unplugged one of the TV's, mind you I was supposed to receive a ****** check I only got 50$, now this is what really made me angry, a representative came to my house UNANNOUNCED! After I invited him in he begins to Tell me what I'm going to do, and what he's going to do, he went into the bedroom without my permission just walked right on in, and was just very aggressive to the point I wanted him out, then i call I guess my case manager I don't know, but I do know this they really really need to train these people on people skill and boundaries. I really felt uncomfortable with that guy in my house.Business Response

I have been receiving mail from Nielsen on and off for the past year asking me to participate in their TV Ratings survey. I have been ignoring this mail. Today, I received not just 3 copies of the same mail, but notice that a representative was sent to my house on 12/13/2022. I probably was not home, but regardless, I am getting tired of repeated contact when my lack of response should be indicative that I am uninterested. I also find the sending of a representative to be a bit creepy and invasive. My only request is: please, leave me alone.Business Response

I have been participating in the Nielsen surveys the couple of past months last October I received some journals 2 to be exact in wich I was supposed to record for a week the radio stations I listen to, and send them to then promising 15 dlares for each journal complete it's about a month and haven't received nothing from them.Business Response

I was sent 2 radio diaries for my household with a $20 check each if filled out and returned promptly. I sent both completed diaries back via mail on 11/17/22 but have yet to receive any check or contact about one being sent. I was called 6+ times to remind me to send them back and once I did I have not had any other calls nor the compensation.Business Response

I recently received a letter in the mail from nielsen asking me to do a survey online and I'm return I'd receive a $10 virtual gift card via email within 1-2 business days. I am certain I entered the correct email after completing the survey which took approximately ***** minutes to complete over 48 hours ago. I reached via email as well as phone and have had no response. This is not the first time I have not received my compensation for my completed survey. I held up my end of the bargain. I also didn't think to keep the paper that came in the mail that had my survey code on it so I don't remember what the code was.Business Response

Myself and the other three members of my household each completed a radio diary and mailed them all in at the same time in the first week of Nov. 2022. There was a promise of ***** per radio diary. We have yet to have received anything a month later. We would like our compensation for the weeks time we individually took properly completing and promptly turning in the radio diaries.
