      This company is contacting me via postal mail to conduct a survey. I have never done business with this company and have purposely opted out of any surveys or marketing mail being sent to my address. This company is sending money thru the postal service and promised to send another $5 once I completed the survey and send it back. They are to remove my address from their mailing list and do not contact me further at my home, by phone, email etc.

      This company calls my home number every day despite being on the DoNotCall list. We only maintain a home phone for emergencies and look to see who's calling. This company calls after 9pm at night and this is completely unacceptable! TAKE OUR NUMBER OFF YOUR LIST AND STOP CALLING! WE WILL NEVER ANSWER YOUR CALL!

      My family was selected for a ******* survey on radio listenership. We had three family members track our radio usage for a week. We were supposed to be paid $10 each. We received a check for $30. I deposited that check into my investment account. My investment account said the check was not honored. Now, not only do I not have the compensation promised, but I've also been charged a $25 fee by my investment account.

      Technically, my complaint has now been resolved, but not in the manner represented by Nielsen. My complaint was submitted in October of 2023. My issue was finally resolved 9 months later, after having to repeatedly update my complaint. My complaint was not handled in November 2023 as Nielsen has represented, so I'd like the record to reflect such.

      This company started calling me out of the blue on October 3rd 2023. They have called very day since then, sometimes multiple times per day and often before 8 am and near 9pm . I have to keep my phone ringer turned off because these calls are so annoying especially when I have a family member who is ill. The number they call from comes up as ************ and the recorded message says to call ************ to be taken off the call list. According to the DO NOT CALL website ( I am on that list and also have an unlisted phone number) I should never answer a call or call back or interact in any way with a robocaller. Therefore I am afraid to call and tell this company to stop calling because I am afraid it will just intensify the problem. I just want the company to stop harrassing me. I have never done any business with them, I am on the do not call list and I have an unlisted phone number. Apparently the *** can't do anything to help me. I have an old fashioned land line phone with no way to block this company from calling me. Can you contact them? I am not even sure they are a legitimate company,. Thank you for your time.

      It has been several weeks since I participated in a Nielsen online survey, using Access Code: ************* because of the $20 thank you incentive offered. Yet I have not received the promised $20. This is unacceptable.

      We have been sent solicitations in the mail and also visited our house several times by a representative of this company over the past 2-3yrs. They are requesting that we participate in their surveys. We have chosen not to participate. The solicitations initially arrived in the regular US Post mail. Then they started coming via ****** Recently we refused delivery from ***** by instructing the driver to send back the envelope. The next day it arrived again and was left outside our door.We are not interested in participating in any surveys by this company and ask that we never be contacted on visited in person ever again. Also our township has a no soliciting law if that is posted on the residence entrance. We have a sign that says "no soliciting". This company needs to respect that.

      Received a survey invitation on 7/26 with one dollar enclosed, promising an additional 20 dollars after completion. On 8/4 received thank you letter that read Enclosed is the cash gift we promised you with NO money! Called the company repeatedly 8/4, 8/18, 8/22, 9/6, 9/11 speaking with same representative (*******************) each time. She gives different excuses as to why it happened and what to expect now. She refuses to let us speak with anyone else at company. I want Nielsen to honor the money that they promised.
