I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********* and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:Packet from Nielsen was received in May with $5 cash to complete the survey, The paperwork said an additional $5.00 would be sent when the Packet was returned.
Television survey of several pages was sent to Occupant at *** ***** *** ******** ***** ******
Packet was returned in May. Company stated they have no record of sending this packet. I retained a letter enclosed in the packet and forwarded to them as well as answering all questions regarding the content of the pamphlet.

I received a survey to fill out from Nielsen along with $2.00 with the promise of a check for $20.00 for returning the completed survey. I returned the survey around July 28th. It is now September 7th and I have not received it.Business Response

I joined their panel. I earned 100 points but cannot redeem them. Cannot set up wallet they want. They sent five registration codes and when I put last name in kept saying invalid. Unless someone screwed up my account it isn't invalid. I am getting nowhere registering.Business Response

We have been receiving numerous calls at all hours EVERY day from Nielsen. We do not participate in surveys and I have told them so but they continue to call. They even left a message saying it was the final time they would try contacting us but have called several times since. It needs to stop.Business Response

********************************* a membership representative from Nielsen came to my house 7/31/2023 at approximately 7:40pm. She told my husband about the company, that it does research for television regarding ratings. My husband informed her we were not interested and she informed him that they will keep coming back to our house every 6 months for the next 5 years if we don't accept the offer. I called her to confirm that we are jot interested. She proceeded to tell me about the company and how they do statistics based on ratings and all they would do is install a device on our tv to monitor what we are watching. I told her we don't want that and she proceeded to say that we can say no, but they will keep coming back every 6 months for the next 5 years. I told her that was harrassment and she said it wasn't. I proceeded to tell her that if I'm telling her we aren't interested in a device being placed in our home and how i wasnt comfortable, and her telling me they will keep coming back, is harrassment since we wont be changing our mind about it. She said they will come back to see if we change our minds. I told her we wouldn't and to please use another home. She said they are using a substitute home right now, but our home would be a "pure" selection. I told her if they are using the substitute, why can't they keep using it. She "explained" again what statistics were and i informed her i know how research works, but they can use another house if the "subject" refuses. She told me to look up what they are about and i told her i would but I'm telling her now im not going to be interested at all for a device to be planted in my house.I told her i understand she is doing her job, and i hope the line is recorded because i am telling her we don't want to do this. She kept saying it was sad we dont want to. I told her it is my opinion and i dont want to be harrassed about it. She said she will let the company know we refused, but they will still keep coming despite our refusal.Business Response

They have been using a "substitue house" for their research and should continue to use that house. I do not want contact from them in any way ever again! Not via mail, not phone calls, not representatives being sent to my house; i desire no further contact again. I need clear verification from Nielsen that they will abide with this request.
