    I placed an order with Fast Lab for two at-home tests. They kept sending me kits I did not ask for. They have billed my insurance company 10 times at $325 each time. I have contacted them to stop sending me kits and also to stop billing my insurance company. These kits were supposed to be at no charge. I will continue to follow-up with both Fast Lab and my insurance company for a resolution. I contacted them via an on-line chat and they assured me they are going to reach out to my insurance company and resolve the issue.

    They have sent COVID tests that I did not order. I cancelled my order but I have not paid anything yet. I am covered by *********

    This company engages in very shady business practices. They keep sending my mother testing kits that she doesn't want. I think they are trying to scam her insurers. The kits look like they *** be covid testing kits; however, they include no labels and no instructions. She *** have once responded to a marketing email that suggested that she would receive one kit. However, the kits from Fast Labs haven't stopped. They keep coming and coming and coming. So far, I think she has received 6 separate packages, each stuffed with various medical testing tubes and vials. Someone needs to stop this company from business practices that *** be scamming insurers and are definitely harrassing senior citizens.

    Today ********* was helpful and answered my question immediately. She deserves 5 stars. However, my previous experience with the company was not at all pleasant. No instructions are included with the at home tests and this is a big pain and could cause erroneous results. Also, I am not clear on the costs. The company needs to improve its communication with the customers. The information about the way the tests are sent out-- one set arrived after we had had to buy a test elsewhere and after we had recovered from Covid.Instructions need to be included in with the at home tests.Resultts need to be sent out .

    I requested a free Covid test to have on hand in March. They kept sending them to me and billing my insurance company 11 times so far at $325 each time. I do not understand what these charges are for. Please reverse all charges to my insurance company and stop sending me these tests. . I do not want them. It it's obvious you are committing some sort of fraud and your company is a scam.

    I had just recovered from a very bad case of Covid when I saw a post on FB for 2 free home testing kits from Fast Labs. I thought it would be wise to have them for future use if needed. A month and a half later we got a notice from our insurance company that our claim for $325 was being denied - not once but for SIX kits!! 6 x 325 = 1950!!! I ordered 2 FREE KITS!! I dont remember giving them anything but my name and address and yet they knew who our insurance company was. Being unable to find an email address or phone number for Fast Labs I called our insurance company. After explaining what happened to them, they were kind enough to give me a phone number (dont know how they got it). When I called that number, it immediately dropped. I found a number here on BBB and tried that to no avail. When called, it said their phone support service was not in operation and to try fastlabhelp.com. I plan on doing that after I finish here. Other than that, I have NO way to reach them to get this straightened out. VERY frustrating! Were two 74 year old people living on Social Security and sure cant afford $1950 for Covid kits!! Dont do any kind of business with this company!!

    I have Received unsolicited six covid test kits from Fast Lab Technoligies LLC in ***********, Beginning 9/28/23, which I NEVER ordered. I never used nor returned the tests.Fast Lab has been billing my health insurance company charging $325 each time frauduently, on 6 dates for coviid tests i never returned..I called my health insurance ********************** they did not pay Fast Lab for unused services to this company.I filed a complaint 3/11/24 of fraud with my ************************ to not pay fast Lab Technologies, LLC for fraudulent services billed!This company is a Scam! They don't have a reachable phone number!
