    This company is scamming insurance companies. They billed my insurance company for 5 pathogy tests at a cost of $325. each for a total if $1625. Their website is very misleading. They are NOT associated with the government. I received 8 tests and 1 was to be sent back to them for testing for covid. I contacted my insurance company to file a fraudulent claim against them. I will also be contacting the state attorney generals office and hopefully ban them from doing business in **. If enough people bring this to the forefront we can get this nonsense of insurance abuse to stop. Do NOT use this company!

    I ordered tests because advertising was great and didn't seem like scam but the service is so bad that it seems like a scam! I haven't received anything a week after i ordered, although it was promised for free shipping 2-5 days.According to tracking system and chat it's awaiting for postal office to pick it up and for this kind of order is essential to get it soon, other wise the symptoms are going to be gone, so what's the purpose? It seems unreal that they don't understand it, so if there is a problem with delivery they should state that shipping is not free if you want to get it! So if they are not a scam, their service is like scam!

    Zero stars! This company is very deceiving! Similar to others complaints. Thought I was ordering free covid tests. Billed my insurance $325 per test? What they sent me was a biohazard bag of mismatched items that I assumed was left over from other tests. I threw it out! I was too scared to use it. No way to contact them. They should be sued for insurance fraud or abuse!!!

    I ordered "free" COVID tests as were advertised on their page. Rather than send everything at one time, I got bombarded day after day with test after test. At the time that I ordered them I didn't need it - just wanted to have them on hand. This was at the end of August. I just got a notice from my insurance company that I will owe $650 for these "free" tests. What a scam! I did need to use the rapid tests, but never used the *** tests (which is a scam in itself since who wants to wait for the test to be sent via **** to a lab, hope it gets there on a business day and then wait another 24 hours for results??). I am sending the *** tests back and sent an email to make them aware of my displeasure. Although in looking at all the other reviews, I'm not sure they will be bothered to do anything about it. It's incredible to me that a business posing as a lab that is supposedly out there to help people when they're sick is really just an insurance scam.

    I ordered one covid test 5/2023, this company sent me 10 tests for $400 each. My insurance is not paying for them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I have submitted a claim, however, my insurance will not cover them.

    I have been sent several tests from an ad that said they would send free Covid tests. In one month they have charged my insurance company over $4,000. They have no phone number to call and their chats cost money. If I signed up for a subscription, there is no way to cancel!!!! I sent back everything they sent to me along with a letter to cancel. I pray they do.

    I ordered a free COVID test kit online after answering some questions about my symptoms. The kit arrived later than promised, by which time my symptoms had gone away. A few weeks later I received another kit in the mail, and the next week another one, then another, than anothe. Over a few weeks I have received a total of five more unsolicited test kits. The customer service number is "out of order." The return address on the boxes/envelopes does not match the address on the website. I don't know who is paying for these kits. I don't remember if they asked for my insurance number. I kniw I didn't give them my credit card number. I haven't found away to get them to stop sending me kits. My fear is that they will bill my insurance company or me! I haven't used any if the kits. Checking customer reviews, I see that other people have had a similar experience (ordering on line, late delivery after symptoms had appeared, no way to resolve issues, and sone people have been billed for these unwanted kits.) Obviously, a scam. Be careful! Don't request a free kit ftom them.

    This company is a scam. They advertised for a free test, but tried to charge my insurance company for two tests for $300 each. First I ordered one test not 2 and could pick up the same test for $20.00 at CVS or free thru the ***** These people need to be put out of business and arrested. On to of all that thee were no instructions and one missing piece. They did respond on chat but told me I could not return and that I would be charged anyway. I am filing a complaint with the DAs office in **. AG.**.gov/file/complaint.

    Fast Lab Technologies LLC advertises free covid tests on their website. Apparently their tests are NOT free because they bill your health insurance company for them to the tune of $325 per kit. My insurance company refuses to pay, of course, because I did not ask them to pay or get a pre approval. I was just told by my insurance company that ********* has filed over TEN more claims for ten more kits in the meantime, all with different dates in my name. Sounds like a scam to me.********************************
