    I sold a dress on Depop to someone after having several discussions with the buyer sharing measurements even offering to meet with the buyer for a fitting.(have email evidence) buyer refused an insisted on The dress ecause if it did not fit she has a seamstress who could alter. Dress was shipped in perfect condition. The buy send photots a day after getting it with rips and holes in the dress. Depop refused to take my photos emails and evidence and is going to return the buyer the money and offer to return my ruined dress. The buyer has no recourse and I am left with a damaged dress. The buyer seamstress wasnt able to alter the dress and ruined the dress or the buyer couldnt fit and forced her way in it. This was a $1000 custom dress.

    I sold an item on this platform and I have been trying to receive my funds since then. I sold an item Dec. 28th and the funds were available for me to transfer to my bank on Jan. 5th. I entered my bank information on the Depop app and due to technical issues on the app it did not allow me to enter my bank information. I then received a message saying I can not update my bank information for ******************************************* the same. I waited the 14 days, tried again on Jan. 20th and same issue. I contact help support and one person advise me to verify myself, which I've already completed and then I will be able to update my bank information. I contacted them several times since I've verified myself and now I'm being told I need to wait another 14 days. I have tried to explain to them that their app is having issues but no one is looking into the issue and just telling us to keep waiting. This is frustrating because the only option we have is through the app to update our bank information. Depop does not allow sellers to update bank information on the website, which this makes no sense. I can't speak to a live person and the only communication they allow is email. I need someone to fix this issue.

    I am filing this complaint to address serious misconduct by Depop, resulting in financial losses and unfair treatment. Depop mishandled my account by issuing unauthorized refunds, suspending my account without cause, and withholding funds without explanation.     I have a Depop account, email ********************** and user Findtosell,which was suspended for accidentally posting an item that violated their policy. I understand and agree with them on this however there was money still in my account which they owe me for sales I made and they have failed to transfer into my bank account. I have emailed them with no response. They have no number I can call to discuss the issue. All I want is them to transfer the balance in my Depop account to my bank.

    I am a seller on Depop platform. They have suspended my account six times in the past two months, 5 times in the past month, 3 times in the past week due to an error of their system that automatically screens for listings that go against their policies. Their AI system to do this has flagged the wrong product as electronic SIX times when it is a airpod cover. Each time I have appealed the decision and they have accepted the appeal removed the violation and reopened my store. The last 3 times my store has been opened for hours only to be flagged again, receive another false violation, and suspend the store. I have requested to speak with a manager the last five times without any response. The response I do receive is a generic apology. Not only does this cost me money by the continual closure of my store, but it also has had a huge impact on my mental health causing me anxiety. I wrote a very long message in response to this last week, again requesting to be contacted by a manger and/or supervisor and asking them to take a look at their atomization so that it does not impact in error, again no response or acknowledgement to the extensive amount of times this has happened.

    I am a former seller of Depop who sold five items totaling to $88 and I woke up on 12/10/24 to my account being randomly suspended. Depop told me to reach back out after 1/11/25 to gain access to my pending funds but wanted me to send my SSN/drivers license via email which I refused to do because its confidential information. It is now 1/18/25, they wont answer back and refused to unsuspend my account. I still dont have access to my funds either thats in my account.

    I sold an item on depops platform and earned ****** when I first setup my account I used my apple email and set up 2 factor authentication to keep my account safe not only was someone able to get in my account and bypass ******* they were able to remove it and change things . Depop needs to address the security issues because I am and Im not playing about my money or my merchandise I received an email about it this am saying I need to log in and remover certain things and update info it stated ******* account was changed and I needed to change it upon checking it has not been changed and that is my bank account so why would need to change it depop is fishy idk if they are scamming people or the customer. They removed my listings and refunded the seller what generated me for my merchandise now the seller has my items and will receive his money back and Im out of my money and my merchandise and that is unacceptable I will sue if I have to because honestly this is failure on depops security system and I want my money or my merch emails attached tracking numbers and proof I did everything correctly and followed all Depops procedures they also stated I need to change the email that depop let me sign up with which is a legit iCloud email almost 18 days later when this happens they say the email I have signed up with cant be used to respond to the email that they sent me to respond to their requests scammy on depops end I want my money or my merch if I have to get a lawyer involved I will all over ****** dollars but its the principal to top it off if you dont resold within 48 with bank account details and things through an email they close you account which would make me lose access to my account sales listings sale info and pics but I got all of that before hand because depop got some iffy things going on with them this magically happens a day after my customer items get delivered and Im scheduled to be paid on Monday Im suing depop if got to

    So about a week ago why account was falsely banned on depop for selling replica items, which i would like to say is completely false because i show all my customers proof and receipts of any purchase they make with me. As u can see by my reviews i have amazing 5 star reviews and excellent feedback stating my items come authentic & i have good service. My second problem is ive been trying to contact this business to obtain my funds that were in my depop balance before they suspended my account. I would like them to release my funds immediately!     My son is a seller in this platform. He made a mistake when he created the account and included the wrong birth date. He is a minor. I included my information instead of his as this was the guidance they gave us. This was a necessary step to fix his account so that he can receive his payments. He has sold over $200 dollars. We have reached out to them via email multiple times to resolve this issue and get payments and they haven't give us an accurate response or resolution. My son is still waiting for his payment. He continues to sell more items with no payments. Their customer service is not helpful. The only way you can reach out to them is via a form and they respond very late via email. No phone, chat bot or direct email making it impossible to talk to them in an effective way. We hope you can help us get a clear solution or response from this company on how to get payments resolved. This has been happening more several months now.

    I have a new account on ********************** which I actively use to sell and purchase clothing items. An unknown individual has linked their bank account to my ********************** account and has been receiving deposits of the profits associated with the items sold - my items. Background: On Friday, January 3, 2025, I received a message from Depop on their app informing me that a bank account had been linked to my Depop account. The message said that if it was not me to contact them right away. I did - immediately. On Friday, January 2, 2025, I messaged Depop immediately on the app. I informed them that my Depop account was fairly new and I had not linked my bank account to the ********************** account. This initial inquiry resulted in a confirmation email. I then processed to email Depop using the same email from the confirmation several times that Friday, January 3, 2025. Depop's initial response stated that they had, in fact, detected fraudulent access to my account; they then said they were "investigating." In the meantime, they asked for a copy of my CA DL, proof of email, and banking informationand I provided them so they could update and "correct" my account. It's been a full week, and they have not corrected my Depop account, and I've not been paid the profits of the items I have sold on the Depop platform. I'd like to have my Depop account fixed so that 1) I can get paid for the items I sell and 2) I can continue conducting business on the platform.Depop user name: ************* Thank you.
