    I have not gotten paid for an item I sold on the Depop selling platform. I had a lime green coach bag sell on 7/14/23. At the time, I put in the wrong shipping weight for the item. Depop informed me to purchase a new label with the correct weight and they will reimburse me on the label which they did. As of right now the order is stuck in not shipped mode. I have been in contact with 5 different people from Depop (**********, *******, *****, ************, ****). They have advised me to contact PayPal which I did and spoke with a woman named ***. PayPal cannot pay me the ***** for the order because they have no Trace number for the order itself. I have reached out to Depop multiple times asking for the trace number and have been informed multiple times that they do not have it. I did supply Depop with the new tracking number for the order on ***** The number is ********************** and the order was delivered on 7/20/23. This companys customer service is atrocious and they keep passing me along to different people who are not helping me. I am at the point where I am convinced I got scammed out of *****. Can you help get the correct trace number from this company? The platform did not supply me with an order number. My profile name on the platform is alteredtoad. Please help, I am getting nowhere with this company.

    On 07-27-2023 a person requested an unused request under one of my athletic shorts I was selling and I responded with a question regarding the request. After some thinking I felt uncomfortable and violated by their request so I reported and blocked the person. A few minutes later I got an email from Depops help center regarding my report and that the person who messaged me was banned. They also said that I was getting my account permanently banned because i was engaging with the person(apparently asking a question regarding their question isnt allowed). The reason i blocked and reported the person was because I realized that the request was inappropriate and that is why I immediately blocked and reported after I responded to them. I had around 35 dollars in my depop balance and they have yet to give me that back while the items are delivered and shipped out to my customers. This is completely unacceptable. I should be the one being protected not the one being punished. I did the right thing by blocking and reporting them but am now being punished because I sent them a question before I realized that their request was most likely for inappropriate use.

    This app discriminated against me. I sold items on this app and they didnt pay me my money. My account was also suspended shortly after shipping my items to the customers. This company has stolen my money while the customers have received my products. I was treated very unfairly.

    My Depop Account was closed on June 22, 2023 because I allegedly broke their policies regarding selling. They are holding my funds amounting to more than $500. I am very upset because this is my only source of livelihood and they took it from me without any warning. I am seeking a refund of more than $500 which was the approximate amount / funds I had on my account from the sales I made through the app. I will be pressing charges if Depop doesn't release my funds to. my bank.

    Bought something on depop and depop banned me for no reason I emailed them and havent been replying I havent gotten a warning just a straight up ban I have items I bought on the app and questioned them about it but nothing I dont want a refund or anything I still want my items but I want to be updated on whats going on with it. Hopefully they can unban me because I am a respected seller and buyer and I also never received a warning thank you

    I was a seller on depop, successful and with lots of happy customers until one day, I suddenly saw that my depop account was randomly locked and deleted by depop, they claimed I infringed the rules and as a result would be removing my account. I emailed them asking for more information and informing them that I was mid-sale with some customers etc and still had two orders to send out but instead they were firm and told me they would not be giving me any access.A few days later, they now respond again saying this time that they will now also not be paying me out any of my due payouts upon further review, which is ridiculous because I had over 850 in my depop balance, all to be paid out this month and these were all items I had sold, received good feedback from and ultimately should not be losing out from this arbitrarily. I have told depop to either send me my payout as agreed or to return me my goods, in the same condition from all of the buyers. They have now stopped responding, it has been 4 days and no response. I would like my payout and compensation as I am paying interest on my card, a sum I would not be paying if I had my payout as I would have paid off my credit card balance.

    Dear Better Business Bureau, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Depop due to their unethical and fraudulent business practices. Just as of today, June 14, 2023, I have received an email notifying me that my account has been closed for a violation of their Terms of Services (TOS) . There was no beforehand warning or any sort of warning that I have been violated just a instant termination of my account. I can also provide proof for some of the items that fall under their TOS section 6. I have tried to contact depop through their support and through their social media pages as ******** but have received no help. My depop account had an unpaid balance of over 500 dollars which Depop has refused to pay out. My account username was jw8. I am writing to file a complaint against Depop Inc. regarding their unethical and fraudulent business practices. I firmly believe that the company has unjustly withheld money that is rightfully owed to me, and I refuse to accept this act of theft. I kindly request that the Better Business Bureau thoroughly investigates this matter and takes appropriate action against Depop Inc. It is imperative that they are held accountable for their actions, and that I receive the outstanding balance that is rightfully mine. In conclusion, I urge you to treat this complaint with the utmost seriousness and to utilize all available resources to ensure that other consumers are not subjected to the same unethical and fraudulent practices I have experienced with Depop Inc. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

    I sold my ********************* (Limited Edition Peanuts/Snoopy Collab) **** bag on Depop, it goes new for $350. I didnt have the strap for it but its brand new with tags. I listed, got an offer for $90, sold on May 12th, 2023 for a total of $71.99 after fees. Realizing Id selected the wrong shipping size, and new to Depop and unfamiliar with the platform, I immediately contacted support the next day (May 13th). My customer needed it by Friday. [*Note*: Its difficult to contact Depop! No phone number, no way to talk to a live person, no chat feature. You have to submit a help ticket via email.] I didnt hear back until the 14th, they told me Id need to provide proof of the unused shipping label so they could refund me. They also said theyd keep an eye on my response as they see high value in it. They replied again on the 15th saying I had to refund the buyer so they could repurchase it or I could ship out and get refunded for the label. They wanted proof of the label I didnt use and my PayPal email address. I shipped on the 16th, replying including the receipt with the label I paid for myself. The receipt had the tracking number for the shipped order. I assumed theyd be able to update the tracking number so Id be paid 2 days after the delivery date, the 18th. In the process, they didnt update tracking. I previously saw **** as shipped and no longer saw it anywhere now. This concerned me so I messaged support on the 17th, asking they update the shipping/add tracking. Still no reply. I sent an email on the 18th after delivery. I wanted tracking updated so I could get paid. I sent the picture of my receipt from ***** an updated screenshot from **** showing the item got delivered. The refunded shipping didnt come to PayPal but Depop payments. They owe me $77.39. Cant get ahold of Depop and I suspect shady business practices. I tried multiple times tocontact Depop and the item has already been delivered/no complaints from the buyer.

    I am a seller on Depop. On 5/8/23, I sold some sneakers to a client, and when I tried using the Depop-provided shipping label, I saw that the recipient and the seller addresses were mixed up (I would be sending the item back to myself). I reached out on the same day, and the ** rep told me to use my own shipping for the time being while the tech team worked on the issue. The initial email made no mention whatsoever that the difference between the Depop label and my own shipping would not be covered - if they had told me so, I would've waited for the Depop label to get corrected or reached out to the buyer to work something out. In the end, I spend $22.45 to ship the item when I would have only spent $12.25 had the Depop label worked. I reached back out on 5/6 to request a refund of total $22.45 ($12.25 for the unused Depop label + $10.20 for the shipping cost difference). I should not have to pay $10.20 more out of my own pocket to 1) cover for their mistakes and 2) I was not explicitly made aware that the shipping difference would not be covered in the initial email correspondence. I got a response saying that "Depop is only able to refund the unused shipping label" on 5/7 and 5/8, and when I requested to see where in the policy it states that they are not able to refund for the shipping difference on 5/8, they stopped responding to me. They have not responded to my numerous requests since 5/8. I emailed them back directly on 5/8, 5/15, and 5/20, and I have also reached out to them on ******* twice. They have only told me to be patient and that they are "working on my request", but I still have received a resolution after 2 weeks. They should at least email me to let me know that they are working on my case, not rely on me to reach out multiple times to ask for an update. I need Depop to stop wasting my time and give me my refund of $22.45.
