  I purchased an item through Depop that was falsely advertised as one size but received a different size. Depop approved a return to the seller but asked me to pay the shipping cost and I would be refunded. I submitted the postage receipt with tracking and Depop did not refund me for return shipping cost as promised.

  Depop's customer support is so rude and aggressive for no reason. I posted about my Depop account on r/********************** on Reddit to show off things my mother made and is selling, and a very creepy account on Reddit told me to remove my bio. Immediately after, I got an extremely harsh and aggressive email from Depop, telling me to remove my bio. When I questioned the person on Reddit about it, they asked about the email, and when I asked them if they worked for Depop, they deleted their Reddit account! This is very creepy and every interaction I've had with Depop, they've been rude, mean, aggressive and just downright hurtful for no reason. They never apologize for it either. I don't understand why they treat their users this way.

  Horrible business tactics. Bordering criminal. Online marketplace that is flooded with counterfeit items. Asked me to return a counterfeit item through the mail which is illegal.

  Absolutely the worst customer service you can imagine. Rather than work thru a problem, they decide to shut you down and hold your money until they decide its time to release it. Takes months to get a simple resolution, and their idea of a resolution is just saying there is nothing we can do.

  i was sold a counterfeit bag and they want me to pay $90 to ship it back. prada themselves have said they cannot authenticate the bag. so i’m not sure why i’m being punished for them not having a proper authentication system

  No seller protection. I sold a shirt to a buyer, buyer requested a refund do **** losing the package. They took the money out of my account without allowing the **** claim to go thru. Gave me insufficient fees. Package was found and delivered. Now I am out money, bank fees and the shirt!! Depop is shady- and no phone number to even talk to someone.

  I purchased a necklace with rhinestones from a seller who said the piece was in good condition. He also sent me a photo of him wearing the necklace. I could clearly see all the stones in the picture. It must have been an old photo because the necklace arrived with a stone missing. I contacted the seller who said they would only do a return if Depop told them to. Depop said the description was accurate even though I sent the photos for comparison. Depop refused to help me with a return. Go somewhere else to shop.

  Frauds customers with counterfeits. They allow counterfeit luxury goods to be listed for sale as genuine items, they do not authenticate items sold on the platform. Their return process is convoluted and not customer friendly. After returning a counterfeit item, they allowed the seller to list the item again so they can scan another customer.

  They are not adhering to their own policies. They took a listing of mine down due to someone reporting that I was allegedly selling counterfit items. I was not. They confirmed this. They then proceed to tell me I was in violation of their "intellectual property policy" instead. I'm willing to accept that. For context, I used a screenshot of "The Monsters" from Pop Mart which every seller uses. ******** does not have problems with this. Now, they refuse to take down every other listing that did the same thing. They are specifically targeting me only, for something that everyone else did. Instead of holding everyone accountable, they tell me "this will be the last email about the matter."

  SELLERS BEWARE!! SCAM APP!! Be careful using this app, they will steal your money. I had been using the app for awhile and had no problems, but this past week my depop balance has growed to about $200 which I cannot access because depop sent me a email all of a sudden saying they had to suspend my account for no apparent reason. Because of this I cant even log into my account, how do i get my money back? Kind of weird how they wait until your balance builds up and then suspend you for no reason, I guess thats how depop profits without sale fees lol. I expect a response or I will have to get my lawyer involved.
