    Have been a seller and buyer for the past year and recently encountered a dispute with a buyer who reached out three weeks after buying item saying that it had multiple stains. Depop says that they’ve done an “investigation” and decided to side with the buyer without even reviewing case with seller. This platform offers little to no seller protection.

    I have been trying for multiple days to contact Depop regarding unauthorized access to my account, which resulted in the switching of my bank account information. ********************** has not responded to any of my emails and has allowed a payout to be made to a bank account that is not mine. I have attempted for multiple days to reach resolution but nobody at this company will respond. They are stealing my money and Depop is doing NOTHING to make sure no more of my money is stolen by someone who hacked my account. I have contacted the attorney general in my state and will be taking all steps to make sure restitution is paid to me. This company is AWFUL and I will never sell through them again.

    Id give ********************** zero stars if I could. They banned my account after wrongly assuming I was selling a fake item. Despite providing clear proof, including detailed photos of labels and stitching to confirm authenticity, they still flagged me and shut down my account. Its incredibly frustrating, especially since I see other accounts openly selling fakes without getting banned. Their review system feels automated, and the inconsistency is unfair. Im seriously considering legal action to address this.

    This company will ban your account because they deem your REAL items as fake for whatever reason. Then they will hold any money that you have accrued and will not release it to you while your account is banned. They will not reinstate your account and you cannot talk to a real person about it. This company has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Their CEO should be absolutely ashamed of the company she is running and this customer service needs a reform immediately. I need to be able to talk to someone on the phone. Not this email automated answer atrocious they have now. They do not care about their loyal sellers. They love to not help them at all even though the issue is their own error.

    Been selling on depop for years now and working my normal job as well - I always try and track my deposits but recently ive gone through my whole history of payments- Im owed from depop and they missed paying me 11 times equaling to $697.56 Ive reached out to depop months ago emailed and contacted their costumer service filed the forms with no response - Ive reached out on ******** and instagram as well with no response ************ is terrible they have high fees and NO help if anything goes wrong - a robot responds no human will speak to you to help Im currently looking into small claims court now because they never responded

    Hello, I am being falsely accused of listing an item that is claimed to be counterfeit when it is authentic. Ihave a certificate of authenticity that authenticated thisdesigner item. You have not provided any reason as to why my appeal has been denied. I am getting messages from the help center stating my request is denied we cannot authenticate To reiterate, weve made our final decision and this will be your last email from us on the matter. We are being treated unfairly as we didnt breach any guidelines. I have the item listed on other platforms with no issue. I dropped out of college to do this full time and support for my family. This is now taken away from me due to their app wrongfully flagging a listing. This needs to be escalated. If you cannot escalate this matter appropriately and give me,the seller,a fair chance to my casethen I will seek appropriate legal action. USER: historicbargain

    This company allowed a complete transaction to sell an item by a ***************************** the company's procedures that 16 year olds are not allowed to have a selling account. However, my daughter missed this information, and was allowed to set up her own account and actually sell an item to a buyer. Although the transaction was completed and we mailed the item to the buyer, she was not able to get payment for this due to being age 16. There should not be the ability to actually sell an item without verification of the account. I believe the company should have safeguards in place to prevent 16 year olds from completing a sell, without having an account set up and verified.

    This company is not a good company. As a seller I have authentic items they were marked as fake.. I am an honest person. I do not appreciate being told what I have is fake. When they do not have true authenticators all they have is AL that is what theyre using for their source.. there is a reason this company is not a member of the BBB. The reason is, you have to be responsible and honest which they are not. My item sell on site that have real authenticators like StockX. I think this company needs to really take a look at the way they do business with sellers without sellers. You dont have customers. This company seriously needs to look at the way they do business and do something different. If they are gonna tell people, they dont have real items they need to have true authenticators if not, they should not be able to do that. Especially when theyre not.correct. It is insulting to essentially be called a liar when you are not.

    Title: Disappointing Experience with Depops **************** and Dispute Resolution Review:I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Depop. I purchased a pair of jeans advertised as ankle length cropped jeans, but what I received was significantly shorter, sitting about 3-4 inches above my ankles. Despite this clear discrepancy, Depops customer support has not provided a satisfactory resolution.I followed all their procedures, including submitting photographic evidence of the issue. However, Depops support team has consistently dismissed my concerns, claiming that the jeans match the description and closing the case without addressing my specific questions or providing a proper resolution.I feel that Depops handling of this issue has been unfair and unhelpful. The lack of proper customer service and resolution, despite clear evidence of the problem, has left me frustrated. I hope this review helps other potential buyers understand the challenges of dealing with Depops customer support. I'm wondering if there was a race bias in how this was handled.

    I made a purchase on the app never received the item nor a refund for the money. And the app will not allow me to raise concern for said item, leaving me with no item and money spent on obtaining said item.
