      They never sent either of my withdrawals to my online account. It removed the money from fan duel account immediately but 3 weeks later I still have not received any of my winnings! I have filed numerous complaints and gotten no response

      I had put in a $10 bet on a table tennis match. They DO NOT have up-to-date information. Within 30 seconds of me betting my money was gone, because apparently the match had already ended, but Im Fanduel it showed that it was in the middle of match 3, then not even 30 seconds later match 4 has ended. They cannot score 15+ in 30 seconds and in between matches there is a break. I contacted support and they said they cant do anything about it. They literally robbed me and that is not okay at all!!!!! All I wanted was my money back, because they have false information on the app, apparently.

      Been a loyal customer used same cards as always never hit big, definitely lost more than I won. The locked my account put me through this ridiculous verification process and said my deposit information was under another name. The customer service has been terrible. Not helpful at all.

      Hi my account was suspended on 7/10/23. A member of fanduel team name ***** said my account was suspended because they saw unusual activities, and that I needed to show proof of the debit cards I was using which I did. And two of the card was my daughter and son card.Then after that he came back and said I let my under age son bet on sports games so my account will be permanently suspended & that wasnt even true. I just used my kids cards to load money on fanduel when I didnt have money on my card. So I explained it to them. He said theres nothing they can do. My account is still suspended. I also asked if I could put in a appeal on the decision he made & they told me they dont do appeals and that my account will have to stay suspended. So I ask about my pending winnings of $105 & they said my withdrawal will be refunded to my account in 3-5 business days, and I havent seen anything yet I contacted them and they said it was process on the 10th and I still havent received it. On 7/15/2023 I emailed them again & now they not responding to my emails they sent me a rating email to rate them. This is crazy oh & I forgot I had bets put in on the sports betting & the told me once my account was suspended I dont receive any wins from it.

      I think ?? this company should be check every angle of cheating in my opinion. I thought past few time in that was player I didn't pick but never thought pay attention but this I really paid attention there making up a story it's slate issues but they were playing tricks. Even makeup profile to win the money like election using dead people!!!!!

      My overall experience with them felt like a very shady business. First time I used time and after a few small bets they suspend my account as they suspect fraud used. They make you go over hoops to prove who you are. I did provide them almost everything but it wasn't enough. Also they never warned me that my initial credit card charge would be used a cash advance. As well I asked them for my money back since I still had most of my money but again I would have to give them so much personal info to get it back. I'm glad it was only a small amount as I would never use them again but I'm now worried about my identity being stolen. Buyer beware!

      They just cancelled me for not getting in my living room chair in ******* where I've been playing for years. It came right after I won a **** bet on a 8 team parlay on baseball. Company is a joke and I have pics to prove it. B******* had no problem taking my money.

      Suspended my account for no reason !! I had a pending withdrawal that I couldnt even receive !! Told me it was illegal to use my winnings to pay bills or do what I wanted with my winnings !! Never heard from anyone after them saying my case would be expedited and resolved soon. Terrible terrible terrible terrible terrible customer service !! SCAM !! Dont speak to anyone named SKLYA OR MADDISON, they will give you the run around and was of no help at all !!!

      I've been using fanduel for a couple years now. Never had an issue, but typically didnt win much. I finally built up to $1200 on my account in the casino. I left it there with the idea I was going to withdraw it another day. Wasn't on for a few weeks and tried to log in today to play a little and withdraw some money only to find out that they locked my account and I couldn't log in. They have no customer service number, only a chat. The guy "******" who i chatted with was zero help. Would just repeat that I would get an email from accounting over and over. Wouldn't tell me why I couldn't access my money or when they would be contacting me. Just said sometime in the ************* away from this site. They are a bunch of thrives and I hope they get shut down and sued.
