      Absolutely, horrible! My account was hacked over a week ago $600 was taken out of my account. I have been in contact for the last week trying to get someone to call me. No one will call you back they want you to send a picture of your ID through email to verify its you which I am not doing as Ive already been hacked. Absolutely horrible. I will be contacting local authorities as well as the ****

      Beware! Fan Duel is joke, do not play Blackjack. They let you win at first to sucker you in then hit the switch giving you terrible hand after the next. Don't get ripped off, it would be better flushing down the toilet. The games are rigged!!!

      Impossible to with draw money it got to the point where I could only request checks.Its so bad they send checks that my bank cant cash then I get charged a $10 fee from the back because they say refer to maker. Ive tried the customer service chat which is almost impossible to use ** your phone wants you to log back in every 15 mins. Once you log back in the chat is lost. Start a new chat like ground hogs day. They send you emails asking how there service is respond to that no lunch either. I just think this is crazy you cant even withdraw your money from the company and when you try you get charged by your bank for bad checks.

      I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS SO YOU KNOW ITS BAD...Waiting a month and still don't have my winnings. I have requested many times and they sent me the approval but nothing else. Have contacted summer support multiple times and no one wants to help. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SITE/APP!!

      Account suspended for no reason for 30 days now. Emailed and text numerous times. Nobody can tell me why or when the issue will be corrected. Crooks

      A horrible company with no security and worse customer service. My account was stolen and after 3-4 months I was contacted saying they could reactivate my account (in the hands of thieves) by providing very personal and confidential information. After telling them I no longer wanted an account with such a horrible company, I wanted the account deleted at all levels and my stolen money investigated and return the only response I received was that the case was closed with no action on their part. So I am out $150. There are people with thousands if not more with this company and they DO NOT care about you. They care about taking your money and don't care if anyone else steals it either.

      I tried to withdraw my winnings and FanDuel suspended my account. I then submitted the requested verification documents on February 24th 2023. It is now March 19th 2023 and I still have not been contacted by FanDuel. This has been a horrific experience and I do not recommend anyone to use this companies services. It looks like I will have to travel to ******** to open a small claims case to get the money that is owed to me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

      They suspended my account, they didnt give any reason. I reached out several times to find out why. The response time is horrendous. They finally got in touch with me after one week and said suspicious deposits. After another several days, still trying to figure what was going on, again response horrendous. Ok, now they want to verify me and my deposit sources. They requested three pieces of information. I immediately submitted The information. Several days go by, again tried a couple to get the status since I submitted all the information. And when someone finally got back they said I have to submit these 3 pieces information which I already did a week prior. So I submitted again, a couple days go by and mores times I tried to get in touch with them, little success. Final, they said the account would unlocked and that I would promptly be getting an email for password reset. However, again several go by without receiving the email reset. Im still waiting to get into my account. What kills me is that they have been sitting on some of my money for weeks now. If I ever get back into my account, immediately withdrawing the money and closing this account as fast as I can THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I would rate them less than poor, they are atrocious, obviously they dont care about their customers. But the lack of response, and the way theyre handling this is so frustrating. But I will not allow this less than adequate company, to ruin my day, put me in a bad mood, or allow them to give me anymore anxiety because they are not worth it. Thank you fan duel for absolutely nothing.

      FanDuel suspended my account and have denied me access to my money going on three days. It might be in their fine print but to me they're incompetent if not dishonest.
