      FanDuel has violated fair gaming practices and created an unleveled playing field for its customers playing in the *** contests. This lack of integrity needs to be addressed. *** full roster contests allow for you to draft 9 players with a minimum salary of **** per player. I was involved in a contest when I noticed another team that was really stacked and found it odd. After reviewing this teams roster I found this person had a player listed for $410. Which allowed him to spend extra money to upgrade another player by **** dollars, remember player minimums are **** per player, so how did C. Meta slip in at 410. It might have just been an error on FanDuels part and probably should have been ****, but none the less FanDuel did nothing about it after I contacted them ****** basically went on to tell me I should have known about it and paid the contest out. For daily players we trust the integrity and understand the rules being **** minimum per player so 70 percent of the players in this contest who did not draft him because of this error including myself were unaware this even happened. Now I have to question the integrity of FanDuel and ask myself how often has this been happening? I have captured screen shots and have the proof of what happened, now I just need to get it to the right people so we can prevent this from happening again. You know, if FanDuel would have came out and acknowledged this error, made everyone aware and refunded peoples money I would understand, but unfortunately none of this happened. I can only hope the right people can be made aware of this and prevent the lack of integrity from happening again as this was a paid contest and created an unlevel playing field.

      My account appears to have been hacked. All the money was withdrawn from my account and then the account was closed. *** tried to get in touch with them but they just refer you to an accounts team. They only communicate by email and they take weeks to respond and then are worthless. Im going on a month and have about $1000 sitting in space somewhere and its impossible to get in touch with anyone at FanDuel. I would avoid at all costs!

      My account was apparently hacked and closed and I cannot get access to the funds. They say the accounts team is looking into it but they do not respond to emails for weeks. This is fraudulent.

      **************** in horrible. ********************** emailed me to reset my password in November of 2022. I followed there lead and then they locked my account. I immediately emailed in and requested that it be unlocked. They said it was escalated to there accounts team and they would be in touch. Weeks have gone by. Months have gone by. I have still requested information and have got no response or help. I have asked to speak to management and got no where. They always end the chat when you ask to speak to someone in charge. Finally a couple weeks ago i got a email asking me to verify. It is my account with pictures and such. I did all they asked and even had to show my ID through a secure line. And have heard nothing back. Requested today and they asked me to be patient. It has been 4 months since they took my money and my account hostage. I just want to be unlocked and paid out. This is horrible customer service. I cant believe they are allowed to do this and not let you speak to anyone.

      I created a FanDuel account, but made the mistake of using my shared bank account to make a deposit. My partner also used our shared bank account to make a deposit on other accounts, which resulted in my account being suspended. I am fine with my account being suspended as there is a multitude of similar businesses that I can spend my money with. However, my account was suspended upon my request to withdraw $95.45 on 02/02/23. On 02/20/23, I received an email stating that my account will not be reactivated and my remaining balance will be refunded to my card in 3-5 business days. It has been 12 days since I received that email and I have NOT received my refund. I contacted FanDuel AGAIN only to be told that my $60 refund was already processed. I received NO refund and $60 is NOT the amount that was left in my account.

      Account was hacked, and was reported as hacked within 8 hours (happened overnight) right after the Super Bowl, where I had winning bets. I chatted, and they escalated. After 4 weeks I received an email asking me to upload my bank card information from my original deposit and my drivers license. When I expressed that since my account was locked, I could not see the card that I started the account with. When I emailed to say this, another separate representative wrote back saying that they could not answer my email because it was not the email listed on the account. I let them know that the email on the account was changed when it was hacked, and offered to provide original emails when I started the account, and received the same message back from another representative. IF I ever get my account reopened (doubtful), never placing any wager or fantasy play with them again. Absolutely ridiculous.

      I would give zero stars if that was a option. My account was suspended for no reason I spent over three months waiting for it to be "reviewed" and after no resolution I asked to have my account deactivated only to be told I would not be refunded my $$ in the account.. What a scam and extremely shady

      My account was deactivated on February 12 and I contacted FanDuel at that time. I was asked if I made a $10 deposit and a $40 withdrawal, which I did not. The representative that I spoke with that day said that the "accounts team" would have to research and would contact me to resolve. I waited a week and then contacted them again and received the same response. It is now February 27 and I still have not heard back from them. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. This is MY money they are holding. This is not acceptable.

      I was playing in the casino on one of the slot machines when I won $284. I was so excited. I went to withdraw the money and it said 48 hours, Im like cool. I then went to add more money to my account and out of nowhere I got locked out and could not get back in. Ive contacted customer service about 13 times and they keep telling me that they cant tell me why my account was locked but my case has be escalated and I should check my emails. I feel robbed and not being able to actually talk to a real person is very frustrating and odd. I had to file a complaint with the *** and am awaiting their call. Ive had enough. I read so many complaints JUST LIKE MINE and its sad that people will steal money from their customers. If I have to **** I will.

      Same ole thing I won $200 and TVG only allows me to collect $60 its my money why cant I withdraw it. Im sick of this. Something needs to be done.
