      Account tries to get hacked but luckily I was warned in time and reset my password. However, hacker still tries mess with my account thus having me continually change my password. I finally asked to suspend my account. When they didn't respond right away I just reset my password again and decided to pull all my money out. Then a couple weeks later they finally respond and suspend when I don't need it suspended anymore. Then it takes weeks again to get back to me to try and get the account back and then the only way to do that is send pictures of my credit card and drivers license. Sorry but i'm not sending that information over the internet to a suspect company that can't get their stuff together.

      Account locked as someone tried hacking. Ive called, emailed and done the chat several times for 4 weeks and still no response. They repeat the same nonsense that they are busy and will send to escalation. Having no access to MY MONEY is unacceptable and Ive never encountered worse customer service in my life. I cant wait to access my account then close it. Shame on them.

      Hello! My account at ******************** has been suspended. *** made several attempts to receive ANY type of answer as to why, but customer service says it needs to elevate my claim to the Accounts teams - then say that could be an indeterminate amount of time. Ive yet to hear anything. Ive done nothing wrong. Ive only ever bet in the *************, I have one single account, and have followed all terms of use Im a normal guy who happened to get on a hot streak after betting only $100. I have read that FanDuel gets weird about people using promotional bets too much when theyve only put in minimal money - to which I ask, why offer the promotion if they dont want it used?They erroneously suspended my account because it was making money. They have somewhere around $1k of my money tied up currently. Ive tried every route with FanDuel to get an answer, and all I receive back is well have to escalate this and then nothing. Im being stonewalled.

      I withdrew 326 dollars and then suspended my account without telling me. I left a voicemail, went on customer chat (waited for over an hour), and left a few emails. All I wanted to do was take advantage of their ************************************* betting just opened. It may not seem like a lot, but when you are paying for your school books with the freebie bets it really is unfair being locked out with no explanation. I just want my money and want to be able to use FD again. They need live people on phones for customer service. This email game is ridiculous and its been over a week and a half without anyone contacting me, my money, or being allowed to sign into my account.

      My account was hacked. I lost close to $1000 and have not heard anything from FanDuel. I have messaged and emailed them multiple times with no success.

      They dont hesitate taking your money and as soon as you hit big they suspend your account. The account has currently been locked for over 8 weeks and they wont respond as to why. They already verified the bank accounts were mine.

      Players beware. I bet on all of the players in the starting line up giving me a guaranteed win of at least some of my money back or more if the higher odds player got the first goal. What could go wrong. One of *********** does not play but didnt know until after the bet settled and that player was voided and all of the other player bets lost due to the one player I couldnt bet on got the first goal. To me this feels like a scam. I understand gambling, but it feel like betting on team A and Team B, but team C wins and they were not even an option to bet on. Definitely some scam behavior.

      Absolutely the worst customer service ever, or they have stolen my money and don't want to return it. They do not have a phone number to call so you have to "chat" on the app. After waiting at least an hour to "chat" you will receive a response that they are "escalating" the incident. Over a month later and several more "chats" I have not received one call, email or "chat" response. I suspect that I'm like most average sports gamblers and don't have enough in the account to make it worth hiring a lawyer and they know that. Even if I ever get access to my money again, I'll never go back.

      They do not live up to there policy 48 hours wait time to receive or claim your winnings the coaches lie when you contact them about your payment they make you believe it is your financial institution fault why you have not received payment I have been waiting 5 days and still have not receive my winnings to find out something was supposed to be wrong with there systems from the internet and one coach and another coach told me I have to wait 5 more days to receive a payment that my bank wrote a written statement that they do not see any record of nobody from support team have contact me which I was told they would also FanDuel coaches advice me that would be the only way to reach somebody from the support team also a FanDuel coach told me that there is no other way to contact FanDuel I had it up to here with FanDuel feel like a loss for me

      I turned a $200 deposit into $1,050 over the weekend with no shady business or wrongdoing. They have now suspended my account due to suspicious activity and they wont even let me have access to withdraw my money. MY money is now locked onto their app and they say its with the accounts team who they dont have a number for. There is no number or email to contact them so I am just supposed to wait until they review my account. From what Ive read it can take weeks or even months. They should at the very least GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.
