This company is a fraud. Every box I had was charged in full after being returned. Almost every box was noted as "lost" or "late" even though tracking showed it arrived in time at their warehouse. In September 2023 I even contacted them as they said it was time to return a box, one of which I did not receive due to the fact it wasn't shipped ever as I had had enough of constant $300 plus charges on my account and closed it. Now it's ******* and low and behold I am being charged again for a box that was never shipped and thus "never received" by their warehouse so it is my fault and I owe them for everything in it. Every time you call you get some person in ***** who is more than happy to apologize and refund your account in 5-8 business days. When I wanted to reach out to their corporate offices I was constantly hung up on or transferred back and forth until I was told to call their customer service line if I had an issue. They care nothing for the mediocre product as it's mass-produced overseas and they pay next to nothing for it, only the money they can glean from it. I currently have my attorney reaching out to them as they refuse to talk to or take care of any grievances or improve their relations with those they are scamming out of money. Oh, and the few items we did keep out of the first box my wife liked, well they fell apart after 6 months, and she meticulously followed the care instructions, very telling that the $40 each piece may have incurred the company $.50 cost for the product. Stay away at all odds, unless you want to just throw money out the window.

This last purchase I made was supposed to come in two weeks, but they keep sending me they have been having some issues and will ship as soon as possible. Well, they are still "processing" and not shipping any items. Sometimes they advertise sales, but when you actually place items in the cart, the prices are not as advertised and I cannot figure out why prices are not as they show on the screen.Adore Me, Inc.

False advertising on the item that I purchased. Basically they advertise the bra looking a certain way for the small sizes, but if you buy it in the plus size **********'s drastically different. The only reason I bought it was because of the advertising on instagram, so it's very frustrating that they treat their plus sized customers differently and offer different products without being clear about it.Adore Me, Inc.

Several of the ******* that I bought recently have started falling apart and I havent even worn them often. Since I have had them for a few months the solution offered was for me to buy a whole new set to replace them ????Also they have sales all the time that say they are Sitewide but then only include select sets they have a hard time getting rid of which is deceptive marketingAdore Me, Inc.
