      I absolutely loved this service at first. In November, they charged me about $192 out of nowhere. It overdrafted my bank account and made me late paying my car note. I contacted customer service and was told it was because they didnt receive my July return. When they looked into it, they confirmed I sent the box back, they didnt receive it in time due to no fault of my own, and they refunded my money. I was bothered that they didnt care about my overdraft and late fees because of the charge, but I didnt say anything. In December, the same exact thing happened again with my August box. This time, I pressed them about paying my fees incurred because of the accidental charge. It once again emptied and overdrafted my bank account, this time the weekend before Christmas. I contacted customer service over the span of several days. They refused to do anything. I understood they couldnt refund fees that were paid to my bank and billing, but they didnt offer a coupon or any form of reparation for their mistakes. I do not trust them with my money at all. I mailed back my final box and will follow up with them in a few days to get it in writing that they saw I shipped it back. A very shady and untrustworthy company and the worst customer service Ive ever encountered.

      Below is my email to their ****** *********** "Dear Adore Me-Your company has horrible business practices, which I am sure you are not surprised about. You decide to reach out to me after 5 whole years regarding an outstanding balance. What sense does this make? Clearly common sense is not common. I contacted customer service to one, make sure this was not a scam email and two, to figure out what this charge is for. I was told I never returned items and therefore was being charged. I asked for pictures of said items. I stated I recognized the pants and I kept those, yes. However the two bra/pantie sets, I did not keep them and had sent those in. I even have an email requesting a return label and stated why I did not like the two bra/pantie sets. Since receiving this email, I have contacted customer service several times. And each time via phone and email I was told someone would look into my account and get back to me within 1-2 business days. I clearly have a deadline of Dec. 21, **** before Adore Me decides to attack me. Not one person via phone or email has the decency to contact me back regarding my account and my concerns. Now, after 5 years, I am asked to pay over a $100 or my credit will be negatively impacted and even threatening me with legal action. I am not the type to have any unpaid bills. To contact me after 5 years for this bogus charge is despicable and beyond irresponsible on your behalf. I saw all the legal battles Adore Me has lost and I'm sure this push to receive payment on this bogus charge is a deceitful and dirty way for Adore Me to somehow recoup funds due to lost legal battles. Adore Me, your company practices are highly reckless, untrustworthy and negligent. I will report this to the Better Business Bureau and will never have anything positives to share regarding your company. I do not appreciate being gaslighted, attacked and taken advantage period and especially right before the Holidays."JUST AVOID ADORE ME AT ALL COSTS!

      TWICE I've attempted their elite box and neither time has it been delivered, I reached out to their customer service to inform them of this via email which I've kept detailed record of and they completely ignored this and began charging my card nearly $300 so again I emailed them stating that I felt like i was being scammed because this is now the second time this has happened and I'm not interested in doing ANY business with them and again, no help and they continue trying to charge my card so my bank flagged it and sent me a new card. I NEVER gave this new card number nor any of my routing information to adore me yet here we are with them attempting to charge my bank account daily which is continuing to be blocked by my bank as fraud but now not only have I endlessly reached out to them, they've illegally obtained my direct routing information, continue to try to charge me and are now threatening to take me to court and report to credit bureaus WHEN IVE NEVER GIVEN THEM MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. I've exhausted all my options in trying to work with then and they're obviously doing so crazy things if they're able to obtain information that was never given to them. This place needs shut down.

      I was a loyal customer that bought things from every shipment. Then the company started to charge me for items I returned . I would call customer service and they would take care of it. Then after three months in a row of this happening I cancelled my account. Four months later I got a $40 bill for a 1 day late return after four months and after I canceled my account. I called them and they held me in the line for 30 minutes and said that they were trying to credit me but they had to read the notes and talk to people. This has soured me on the whole concept of this type of business and since this time I have severed all business with stitch fox and wantable because of how bad this has been and I dont want other similar experiences to be the same. So I would much perfect to go to the store and try on my clothes rather that be charged for things I didnt buy or if I am one day late getting charged $40. It a bad business model.

      VIP membership is a scam. Whole company might be a scam. How can they still do this since all the court settlements and fines they have had to pay. Buyer beware of all the fake 5 star reviews company has paid for. Please avoid and keep your self safe.
