      I have not read any other reviews from other reviewers because I do not want to be influenced by them but I am appalled at receiving an email today claiming they did not receive 2 subscription boxes that I had indeed return within the window to return.In this email, they claimed to have been trying to contact me (they had not). Not by email which is easily searchable and not by regular mail. I tried their subscriptions but after 2 shipments, they just didn't seem to be listening to the feedback I was giving them about what I wanted so I canceled my membership. This was back in May and June. Today, December 7th, I receive an email from them saying they've been trying to contact me and they're going to put me in debt collection if I don't pay them.I'm at a loss as to what to do because I unfortunately, did not think to get certified mail or anything to verify I was returning it. I thought they were a reputable company. I am writing here though in case there is any class-action lawsuit, I will want to be a part of it. To be fair, I did just reply to their email and claims department so perhaps they will remedy this situation with integrity. If so, I will certainly update this post and rating.

      The bra I ordered my wife was a 34D. It fit more like a 34B.

      Got this email after 4 years from when I canceled their membership, everything was sent back at that time. Avoid them any and use of their membership. We are reaching out again to address the inability to process a payment on your credit card with respect to your purchase from Adore Mes Elite membership program.On Feb 14, 2019 you enrolled in our Elite lingerie box program, whereby a curated assortment of Adore Me products (the Box) was sent to your home. You had a window of seven days from the receipt of the Box to try on the items and make a decision on whether to keep them or return each of them.However, as of today, Dec 7, 2023, we have not received all the items that should have been returned from your Box at our warehouse. We assume you want to keep the items that were not returned and have attempted to charge your credit card on file for those items.Yet, our attempts to charge your credit card have not been successful and $19.95 is still due and owed.

      I just got an email that THREE YEARS AGO they had debt on me because I received an elite box and never returned it? Theyre claiming my debt with them to be close to $200 and are threatening me to report me to a credit bureau. I highly recommend that you DO NOT purchase from them or enroll in any kind of subscription!!!!

      DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!I had the *** Membership in 2019 (covid). Purchasing $149-$160 worth of merchandise per month. After getting the product month by month and noticed a lot of the Bras started to look the same. I returned the last box and canceled my subscription. Then my credit card was charged and I explained to the customer service rep can you please refund my money. The money was refunded and TODAY! I received an email stating I need to make a payment of $149.60 before 12/20/2023. I was told 4 years ago this was cleared.

      I made one purchase three months ago, then realized I had a charge for this month. Went back and found another from the month before. They automatically signed me up for a $39.95 a month VIP program. What? No. Give me my money back.

      Ordered a single box from Adore Me over 4 years ago in 2019. Returned everything, got a refund, and cancelled everything. A few weeks ago I emailed their customer service to unsubscribe me from their promotional emails because I will never shop with them again and the unsubscribe button doesnt work. Now, coincidentally after insisting I be unsubscribed, I get an email saying I owe them $99 from four years ago because they didnt receive my items. Threatened to go to a debt collector if I dont pay them? Insane. Stay away from this scammy site.
