      Beware of VIP Membership! I have old credit of $120 that they say doesnt expire, but I found that after a year, it is no longer available online. They told me they have to email me with a gift card for the old credit. I have gone through so much back and forth trying to get these e-gift cards that they say they emailed me. They finally told me there was nothing more they can do since Im not getting the emails with the gift cards. I get every email from them but the ones that are supposed to have the gift cards! I emailed back again to advise that is an unacceptable answer and there must be another way for them to give me my credit. They emailed to say they can mail a **** gift card. A confirmation email from them said I would get the card in 5-7 business days from 11/10/23. No gift card 20 business days later. Im worn out and frustrated to the point of cutting my losses. I suggest avoiding this business. The quality is not worth it anyway.

      Hey, my story is the same as everyone else on here with getting scammed into the reoccurring VIP Membership. At least they do have an easy way to cancel now on the website and they did have to settle in court for $2.35 Million.       Im obsessed! They fit! They are comfortable! They are sexy! AND they hold up well!! I have a dozen sets I rotate equally. They still look new after 2 years of wear. My only slight issue- the side supports (under arm) should be a little stiffer. They tend to bulge and not give as much support as I would like. I have recommended adore me to everyone! Fantastic and body positive company- I adore them!!

      I like the product fine, however I am extremely displeased with how their website functions. The first time I purchased something years ago, it automatically enrolled me in the *** membership, which I had no intentions of signing up for. I actually had no idea they were charging my credit card for multiple months straight until I just noticed it on my bank statements one day. I thought MAYBE this could have been my mistake, but was not sure. I can confirm though, after purchasing something for the second time, that it is definitely the companys fault. Because I noticed right away with my one-time purchase, that I was signed up for *** membership AGAIN. I certainly never clicked on any boxes intending to sign up for a lingerie membership. This leads me to believe this company is very sneaky and this has probably happened to many other people because their website is not transparent. I will never purchase something from Adore Me again.

      I have the membership for Adore Me. I don't usually spend it during the year, and this year I was going to use the credits I had to spend during their Black Friday sale to buy gifts for some relatives. I placed an order of 15 items, just over $700 before the free sets came into play. I ordered them on 11/25 and paid for priority shipping. I recieved an email this morning, the day before my order should arrive and after the sale ended, stating that my order had been cancelled. I called and was told that orders over $500 and/or 14+ items may be cancelled by the system. This is not listed on the site as a possible issue. When I asked to speak to a supervisor about what could be done, I was told it would have to be via email. I asked where this issue about orders possibly being cancelled is listed on the site for customers to make informed decisions, and they said it doesn't happen often. Honestly reconsidering keeping this membership if this is going to be an issue.

      After Many years of VIP membership I am completely disgusted with their customer service department. I have been trying to get help regarding my order with in minutes of me placing it and before it was shipped incorrectly. I have a $300 order just lingering that I cant seem to get a straight forward answer. I received a tracking number which is not a tracking number for any shipping service. I am truly disappointed after all of these years believing in this company that this is the customer service experience myself and others must be having.

      I signed up for VIP monthly in June received the box June 8th 2023 and July 12th and I returned what I didn't want the very next day June 9, 2023, and July 13th. Adore me charged my card for ****** on 10/16/2023 and ****** on 1118/2023 for box not returned. BEWARE and DO NOT buy anything as once they have your credit card they charge whatever and does not check before hand that you returned the merchandise. Below is one of the emails after I called demanded a refund for both charges. Thanks for reaching out to us. Sorry for any confusion that might've been caused by the charge you received from us. I'm here to shed some light on what happened & help. I see you marked your July Elite box's sets as Returned and its 30-day return window ended, without the box being received back at our warehouse. Since the box is missing, we've charged ****** you for the missing sets. After checking your box's return tracking, I could see that it was sent back to us but it never made it back in time. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the charge since it's clear that you sent the box back. I've now refunded the charge back to your card and you should see it in your charged account within 3-5 business days. If you need assistance with anything else, please let me know. I'm here to help!
