No matter how many times I take the surveys, add to my favorites or send entire boxes back, the last several boxes have been horribly matched to what I am looking for. Love the products and the service, but would appreciate more attention to personalizing my box.

I ordered items for my wife for our anniversary and for whatever reason, they signed me up for some "VIP" subscription and charged my CC $39.95 the following month. I never signed up for a VIP service and I did not approve the charge to my credit.Not to mention the lingerie looks cheap and is not true to size. Buyer beware.Adore Me, Inc.

I should have read more reviews before signing up. This company is a fraud. I have had issues with them saying items were not returned (when they were) and that seems to be part of their scam. They recently tried to charge my card for a box from May, and it's November!!! Also, I canceled my subscription in August. So, they wait a few months hoping you've deleted emails and don't have a paper trail anymore. They make it difficult to contact anyone like customer service too. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION, YOU WILL REGRET IT!Adore Me, Inc.

I made one purchase and they automatically signed me up for a 40 dollar monthly subscription without my consent. I cancelled it and they charged me for another 8 months. This is a SCAM and fraudulent company! Stay away, their clothes are also cheap and not sized appropriatelyAdore Me, Inc.

I would give it a ZERO but that isnt an option. i liked them up until TODAY. 11-5-23 . They have now tooken OVER $200 FROM my bank account for items I ALREADY RETURNED BEFORE THEIR CUTOFF DATE. TWICE. ?? PUT ME IN THE NEGATIVE BALANCE!!! I NOW CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM .Adore Me, Inc.

We have had a mostly positive experience with Adore Me. The variety of items is good, although we have been members for quite a while and have a diminishing need/desire for new merchandise every month.In the past year it has become "normal" to receive a notification that our order has shipped several days before the tracking information shows any movement. This means we receive a text and email saying, "Your items are delayed." Adapting the process so items don't show shipped until they are actually being handed off to the carrier would enhance our experience with the process.Adore Me, Inc.
