      I have loved everything I have purchased, so far. Prices are reasonable, and shipping time is usually pretty fast and accurate. Selection could be better, at times. Returns are easy if something isnt the right fit. **************** has been great in my experience. I was shocked to see some of the bad reviews on BBB, because it has always been a great shopping experience for me. I am a VIP customer, but I dont do the elite box, just one set per month, but usually end up ordering extras! They have always sent the correct sizes I order. The quality is good. Overall, Im my opinion, great place to shop!

      I love how easy it was to find the right size, I love how cute everything is. I love the fit, look and material on thier merchandise. I love that you can pick an extra matching bottom to have options with the set you are ordering. I love the affordable prices. But what I love the most is how easy is the return process when I don't love a piece.

      I'm new to this company and tried to order; The cart showed one price, which looked acceptable. I put in all my credit card info and hit the place order button. The screen refreshed and the price went up then asked me to hit place order again. I tried a couple of times and the website is flaky and keeps showing different prices for the same item. I tried both the Chrome and ********* Edge Browsers. Sketchy. No thank you. I don't like the price shooting up after I've entered all my credit card info. I did not complete my purchase; or at least I don't think I did. Now I have to check my credit card to make sure they didn't charge me the second price they showed me. What a pain!

      I ordered a few bra and underwear sets, and they were pretty good quality, so I decided to keep a membership with them. The sizing can be a little off sometimes, but it's too much of a hassle to return items.. I got an email about the Mothers Day sale for buy one get one free on select items. Mind you I read the fine print, and the website says the sale was valid until 5/15/2023 at 5:00am EST. I took hours shopping online to choose the sets I wanted. I am MST, so I am 3 hours behind them, meaning I had until 2:00am to place an order to receive the deal. I was looking through my cart at 1:00am, and all the sudden it showed the Spring Sale (buy 2 get one free), and removed all the Mother Day Sale off my items. It still showed on their website at the banner on the top of the website, but in the middle it showed their spring sale, but my cart was reflecting my items with the Spring Sale. It wasn't even 5:00am. I called customer service, but they placed me on hold. Eventually she got back on the line to tell me she's working on it. I even sent her screenshots, but I told her I had to go back to work. (had to call on my lunch due to time difference). She followed up via email and basically stated they couldn't help me nor ***** the sale for me. This is false advertisement, and I have all screenshots showing the time and the items I was going to purchase. They were part of the sale. Whoever does the marketing and advertising for this business needs to be aware of this.

      I ordered on May 2nd. Seriously long time of arrival window (set to arrive *****). On the 16th I was notified via email the order was running late. I was giving tracking info, which only said that it was in ********** on the 11th and **** hasn't gotten it yet. Then today, the 17th, tracking said it was in *******. I'm in ********* ??. I called customer service who only told me it was late and they couldn't possibly give me a new estimated time of arrival, as they had no idea how long it might take to get here. Totally unacceptable. I am so disappointed. What a shame. Stay away from this business.

      Absolutely horrendous customer service. I tried to reactivate my account for a YEAR, and kept being told they were experiencing technical difficulties, it was the most bizarre thing. Fast forward to a few weeks ago and I figured, why not, Ill give it another try, maybe they were struggling.. nope. SAME thing. My card is updated, profile updated, I emailed back and forth with several agents who kept saying they were escalating the issue would never hear back. Called and spoke to someone, she said the right things, but then crickets. Get your house in order, AdoreMe.

      Adore me shipping is a joke. *** placed multiple orders over time and in the beginning they would ship on time. For the last year they dont even ship until after the expected arrival date I was told.
