      *** purchased several items for my wife over the past 2-3 years. They arrive pretty quickly and she loves most everything I purchase from Adore Me.

      Adore me states you get Elite box prices for swaps, but this is not true. You pay a $20 styling fee, and they will put it towards the items you keep. If you decide to swap an item and return the rest (or any combination of swap and returning), the styling fee, and there for the discount, is not applied. They will fight tooth and nail not ever to say this. I have asked in every way I can, and they will not say it. After three weeks, I have gotten a vague conversation about this. I swapped two items and realized there was no discount. I asked them to cancel the order. They said they did, but I was never refunded, and the items still show up. So I try to get a clear statement of their prices.Other than the company all but lying to all of their customers they are they offer good service. **************** is quick to respond and polite, and the items they sell are of good quality.

      I have been charged 3 times for boxes that were returned and am currently awaiting a refund Avoid doing business with them!

      As a repeat customer I have learned to expect a decline in service and quality from the favorite restaurants I like to the favorite stores I shop in very happy to say I have not experienced any search decline from adore me it continues to be ************ easy to return and easy to enjoy everything they have promised they have delivered and I for one very much I appreciate and respect that continued commitment to the customers

      I'm so upset on how issues that are escalated are only thru email with no managers available....** they "unfortunately don't call customers at this time".I ordered 12 items only for order to be "canceled bc *** per order is 6-9 items due to a technical limitation".No call to discuss this exception...just canceled with an email sent. This order was for a celebration/vacation with my husband, only to receive nothing from AdoreMe.It only takes explaining this rule when orders are made or don't accept the order.

      I have been very happy with their service. They have been quick on refunds and their customer service has been pretty quick. The items are a hit or miss on whether I keep them; however, I appreciate the variety they offer.

      Adore me does not care about their customers. The customer service representatives are friendly this is strictly about their policies. Our first issue with them is every time we shipped sets to our daughter in *********** delayed a month to get them and the last time she didn't even receive them. They did issue a credit for that. We canceled and stopped buying. My husband just ordered me 2 sets. 1 set was right size the other set the bra was wrong. You are not allowed to return or exchange just the bra and if you return they charge you a restocking fee of $5.95. They have lost a customer for good. I will not be back. I need a company that not only has good products but cares about the customers instead of taking there money everywhere possible.

      The quality is good but some of the bras and pantries are not true to size. I wear a 44 ddd and they are bigger than they should be.Also some of the sexier ******* should come with instructions seriously. I dont think I will purchase anything else from here. Delivery was held up and didnt receive my products until almost 3 weeks later after calling.

      Like many others victim to this company, they sent me a box one month early (sent in July, should have not gotten one until mid August) which so happened to be while I was out town for two weeks and got a massive charge for the full box. I immediately canceled any future subscriptions and sent them an email with my complaint/refund request-no response. When I came back in town, I called to make sure that Id get a full refund, including for the styling fee since it was their error for sending me the box at all. The man on the phone told me that I just canceled the box that day and the styling fee was for the box I cancled (even though charge dates clearly prove otherwise) and he couldnt refund me. After re-explaining the situation, I finally convinced him that refund was clearly owed to me. Took over a week to get the styling fee back and almost 3 weeks to get refunded for the rest of the box that was immediately returned. Ive done 0 business with them since.Today, another $20 charge showed up. I went on their website looking for their cs # knowing they dont respond to online complaints- the cs # has since been removed-red flag, I think. Finally found a number on ******* Told the rep that I never ordered anything and shouldnt have a charge. She said theres still a charge for the membership (which I clearly made sure there wasnt in all the fine print before signing up). When I argued, she said that the charge was for an that was returned dirty back in June (3 months ago!!) and just now processed. Im very cautious about trying on clothes at home, so I knew this wasnt right. She couldnt offer photo proof, tell me what the item was, or even send it back to me, so I threatened to report the company to BBB after disputing it through my bank if I wasnt refunded immediately. She quickly offered a one time courtesy refund. Still changed my card and reported them in hopes that others, especially the more vulnerable populations, will not be take advantage of.

      I wish I could give a higher rating than 5 stars ??Adore Me is the ONLY place that I will ever go to buy my personal garments. They are of the highest quality, they are comfortable & make a bigger girl, such as myself feel beautiful.I dont mind the fact that I have to wait a little bit longer for my orders (I live on the west coast) its well worth the wait. Thank you so much for all you, especially for offering a beautiful multitude of selections for plus size ladies like myself. I can say with the utmost confidence that I will forever be a happy, loyal customer ??
