    Steaks thin and tough, chicken pkging not user friendly ( tearing, so you either have to repacked to keep in freezeror use right away) chicken tenders might as well be *****. ********* subscription after first delivery. Ill get my meat from local butchers where I can see it.

    The worst , don't why fill out order form . They send you what ever they want , their steaks are so tough , have repeatedly canceled and they keep sending. DO NOT do business with this company.

    **************** handled in ******* country where they could care less if your order is correct, was delayed or received thawed, representatives do not listen, constantly speak over you, respond verbatim from a binder provided, have little to no comprehension of any issue outside of the 3-ring binder provided - atrocious service by both supervisor and customer service representative

Additionally, as explained by the previous representative, there have been multiple attempts to change the cuts, which further complicates the process.

As a friendly reminder, we do have a cut- of date for any delivery changes, orders are automatically processed every 5th day at 11:59 p.m CT for the following delivery. You have until this time to select your cuts or skip ****** If you do not make a choice, our system will choose cuts based on your preference.

    Additionally, as a gesture of goodwill, we can confirm that the last representative successfully processed a full box credit applied to your account to help make up for the inconvenience caused, which will be applied to your non-discounted box or the order scheduled for April 8th. You can view your credit balance by logging into your account and navigating to your account settings.

    Terrible quality meats and unjust prices. I can purchase better meat at my local grocery store for $3 less/lb. **************** is also useless when there is a mistake with your order. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I should have known better after realizing this is the same company as **********.

    Before I ordered and I called and asked thickness of the steaks I was told 11/2 to 3 inches. I got ribeye steaks and other steaks they barely a 3/4 inch. No to happy.

    After several deliveries of sub-par meats I decided to cancel my subscription. This was well in advance of the next scheduled delivered. However, I have learned from ***** that a dilivery is in transit from Good Chop. Apparently the cancelation triggered a CRAM delivery to ***** me, Poor business practices like this should get them closed down,

    While we have have been mostly happy with the product we are not happy with customer service. They NEVER send tracking info until the day of delivery. We even contacted Good Chops about this and their excuse was tracking info was not available until the day of delivery. This is NOT a company that produces a product but merely an order taker. If you value customer support, look elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE.

    First order was okay. Second order was not so good, third order was awful. The bacon was ALL fat, the box was left outside and no one rang the bell so it sat there all day. I work from home and don't leave often so was home all day! Not to mention they charge you three to four days before the order arrives in two payments? Why? Not one payment, two. Why? When I contact them, they are nasty and obnoxious. Cancelling now and never ordering again. THIS COMPANY SUCKS!

    Should have read more about their sneaky practices. They are only an auto renewal service but do not clearly explain that you must cancel your subscription. I'm sure this is found in your fine print but why wouldn't this be explained where one checks out? The product was good, not great, just good but I will never again use them. ****** learned, many of these companies are doing this, and it's wrong!!!

    Good Chop is a scam. I received a $100 gift card for Christmas, which when I looked at the details had to be used by the end of the year, only 7 days away. There is nothing you can buy for $100, the minimum purchase is $150 for a medium sized box of meats on what appears to be a recurring order. You have to provide a credit card and set how often you want to receive your shipments with the minimum being 4 weeks. If you just go to the website without using the gift card link you can get the $150 box for only $100, thus costing you $100 out of pocket. But because I used the gift card we had to pay a total of $150 for the same box ($100 gift card + $50 charge on my credit card). So I feel my children were ripped off by paying $100 for a gift card for me which I then had to pay an additional $50 just to use, so it really only had a value of $50...
    Yesterday morning I received an email that my shipment was out for delivery and that was immediately followed by an email stating my membership was cancelled... The meats included in my shipment are ok, but nothing I would call special in any way, just over priced.
    Today I called customer support and just became more frustrated.. They were not willing to help in any way and kept saying the details are on their website and that you can't utilize a gift card and a new customer promotion at the same time but couldn't explain how I was supposed to do them separately within a 7 day period. Additionally they stated that by using a gift card I was not signing up for recurring shipments and that's why it cancelled but I sure couldn't find that written anywhere and they make you go through the whole process of picking your next delivery, very misleading.
    I feel Good Chop is scamming people in multiple ways. Everything is misleading and even upon hearing my complaints never once did they offer to fix anything or provide a refund or future credit. They just kept saying it's on the website... If so, it's well hidden...
