1 starI created an account under my email as I have been looking at alternatives to buying my meat from the grocery store. Came across GoodChop and signed up on 9/23 but thereafter I immediately cancelled as I did further digging and it seems like **** of former customers have similar issues. I thought when cancelling your account that means it automatically would cancel your order but its a switch and bait. When you reach out to support they give you the run around of oh you had to manually cancel the actual box... like WHO DOES THAT. I got routed through multiple agents telling me nothing can be done. AWFUL BUSINESS and then they had the audacity to credit my account with the $108 they couldve just refunded me. I will never use that credit and want my money back. Crappy business from a crappy company it seems like. All the reviews seem to reflect the GOD ************* this company offers. Never again. Would give them 0 stars if possible.Good Chop

1 starThe first box of meats I ordered came in good condition. My second order came today, with the box slightly damaged and stinking like road kill. All contents were room temperature. I called customer service. A girl named **** ***** answered. I began to tell her that my package had just arrived damaged, and she hung up. I went online and opened a chat window. Waited for someone to chat with, but that never happened. Apparently, their customer service is terrible. I will get my money back through my bank. I have photos for proof. 1 star******** company that currently is engaged in a bait and switch program. If you receive an email where a friend sends you a free sample box, they tell you it cost ***** then they charge you $109 even after you cancelled the service before a single order was placed. Then they act angry when you tell them it is stupid to think you would want an order for a product you didn't order and cancelled the service 2 days after signing up, 9 days prior to the order being processed and shipped. They bait you with a "free" trial and then charge you after you complain and cancel.Good Chop

1 starOn Sept 6th I cancelled my subscription. I looked at my bank account today and saw a $108 charge from Good Chop. This threw my account into overdraft. I will NEVER order from them now. How shameless to charge someone even after they cancel. I hope I can stop the chargeGood Chop

1 starI have ordered 2 different orders the first order arrived with all of the dry ice melted and 2 of the 1lb packages of hamburg thawed around the edges. The second order arrived again with the dry ice melted and all of the meats thawed. Will not order from this company again. They did refund my money but if nothing is frozen I cant refreeze it so what good is it. It is shipped from ** and I live in ** and they cant get it delivered frozen. Terrible.Good Chop
