Buyer Beware, 1st order was good, 2nd order there was a noticeable reduction in quality 3rd order was disgusting the prime rib Steaks had no marbling, I'm 100% positive it was not a prime rib cut, after cooking, it didn't look right and tasted fowel I also set out an lb of hamburger it turned grey overnight, & didn't smell right.
The meat was so bad I gave it to my dog
Within an hour she had the runs. Save your money this is NOT quality meat.Good Chop

I received my first order of good chop meat a gift from my family member. The meet arrived as promised on time and frozen however, little I know that upon signing up for the subscription to receive the free box I was also signing up for a subscription, shame on me for not reading the details, shame on them for sending me something without my approval. I will dispute the charges because I was not allowed to send the meat back.Good Chop

2 starsI ordered once and will never order again. I received order frozen, however there was ice inside 2 packs of ground beef (vacuum seal obviously compromised). Ground beef watery and so fatty I was appalled. Lousy flavor. My Bison was so watery it would not hold ***** shape and fell apart while cooking. Steak was tough and flavorless. Chicken thighs flavor very good but rather than whole thighs 2 packs had thigh pieces or not very intact thighs. The chicken b****** were good as well as the shrimp. Salmon was delicious! I did chat with customer service. Said I could get money off with next order. I said cancel my account. Then told by *** she would like to ***lace problem products but due to their sourcing could not do it immediately. I retyped to cancel my account and requested email confirmation as to the cancelation. She said it would be sent......I do not trust them at all to cancel. 2 starsHello I was disconnected from my last chat. I had a $154 credit I received from getting a Good Chop package that had thawed and exposed meat. The last person said it would be applied after my 18th order? Since I had a bad experience, I wanted to get it applied to my next order. I don't want to have to order 18 times to remedy an issue I had on an earlier box. That's unfair and unethical.Review fromKristine C

Two orders and one replacement. Both orders arrived with the contents too warm to use. The replacement was partially thawed. ***, the product was fine, but nothing special. I gave them 2 stars due to good customer service , but if you have a perishable product, it is your responsibility to manage your carrier to deliver on time. I opened an account under my email on 10/7/2024 and placed an order. I then did further review and based on others comments about Good Chop I decided that I didnt want to use their service. All of this was done within 5 minutes while I still had the website on my screen. I then went to the cancel order screen and it was confirmed. I immediately deactivated the service. Today 10/13/2024 I got an email stating that my payment for $108 to my ****** account. When I deactivated the account they asked for a reason. I said that I dont trust your website. Apparently is was 100% correct.Good Chop

1 starThe meat is ok and is packed well. The problem is they start sending you your order faster and faster. I have received my 30 day order 3 times in as many weeks. I was changed all 3 times so I will be canceling my order and fins someone else who can meet the assigned order.
