      I placed on order on April 22, 2024. I was not sent any other emails as to when my order shipped or anything. I tried reaching out multiple times to cancel the order and no one would call me back. I have emailed, left voicemails. I have yet to hear a response. The full amount was $113.88. Since I was unable to cancel the order because no one would respond, I do want to return the order. There was no return label sent so I went on the create a return label on the website and went through to make the label and it says there was an error and it will not let me have the return label. I have now tried to call, left VM, emailed multiple times. I just want a refund and I want to return this. No one will help.

      i purchased a dress from New York and company back in December 2023 item was delivered in January 2024, item did not fit so i returned the item, I received an email from the company that my return was received on 1/24/24. As of today 5/2/24 i have yet to receive a refund for my returned item.

      I ordered merchandise on 4/22/24. Today is 5/2/24 and no update as to even the item will be shipped. I have sent 4 emails and left 4 voicemails messages with no response since 4/29/24. I spent $54.00 snd want a refund now.

      Placed order with New York & Company on Dec 16, 2023. Order ********. Returned items in January. Company confirmed they received the return and my refund would come within 41 days. Contacted them multiple times and just get a similar automated email back with no resolution. Will upload screenshots. I would just like my refund, it has been nothing but stress dealing with this company. They also were taking out a handling fee from the return which is unfair because they have not handled anything.

      This company does not respond to email. I want my money back. They took my money and went ghost. Order number ********. I want my money back. Even if you ship it its already late I will send it back. Give me my money back. Blocking people from commenting IG. Not answering phone calls or emails makes you a bad company. BBB please step in and help me.

      I think this company is slowly going out of business and treating its customers unfairly. I order one pink dress from them nearly 3 weeks ago, and they sent me two flower dresses and charged my card twice. 1. I did not get the order I requested. 2. I was charged for two items I did not request. I've called them a total of 5 times and they refuse to answer the phone. I've called at 9:00am 12:00pm, 2:00pm. 4:00pm, 8:00pm. Leaving voicemail messages each time. The voicemail states the concerns and how to reach me. Now if you call the number that was given to me by their customer service line, it makes weird sounds. I don't even think they have paid their phone bill, but out here scamming customer with the inventory they have left before they make the big announcement .....they are closing. Check out this number ************.I do not want to pay my credit card for something I did not order.

      At this time, I have been contacted directly by New York & Company regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      The company has sent an email but has NOT resolved the issue.  It has been 9 weeks and Im being advised that it was sent to the warehouse for an update.  No it has not been resolved and I can never speak to a person
