      I have not received an update for an order that was placed on March 17, 2024. Each time I call ************, I'm prompted to leave a message , but no one ever responds.       I placed an order with the company and I am missing items. I have consistently called them and left voicemails and also constantly emailed them and no one is answering, calling me back, nor responding to any of my emails. My order number is Order ********. I didnt know their physical locations were closed because I tried calling a physical store but none are open. I would like a refund from this company.

       They refunded me for the shirt only, but not for the missing dress. The company has contacted me, but not fully resolved.

      This is my SEVENTH complaint to the BBB regarding NY&CO refusing to issue my refund. I have 45+ emails back and forth with NY&CO regarding the status of my refund. They received my return of 4 pair of pants back on 3/1/23. Yes, over a YEAR ago! This has been a nightmare -- all they have done is make empty promises, say they are working on it, ask me for the same information over and over again, and then simply stop responding. They lost the order numbers -- I provided them. They asked for the *** Tracking #s for the returns -- I provided them. I am almost at a loss as to what to do -- yet I WILL NOT GIVE UP. I am filing yet another complaint in the hopes that someone will contact me -- I see some other complaints that have been resolved satisfactorily on the BBB site. Just trying to be included in that group. Calling and emailing is completely useless. Shame on NY&CO for treating a longtime customer this way. THEY STILL OWE ME $150.64!!!!!!!!!!

      I placed an online order on 3/15/2024. On 4/1/2024 I received my order with 2 items missing. I called the customer service number *************) twice. Each time I've waited and told to leave a message, which I did. I have not received a call back. On 04/12/2024, I sent an email ********************************** and as of today (4/17/2024) have not received a response. The two missing items are $48 before tax and at this point, I want my money back. My order number is *********

      This business has not allowed me to make a purchase with their own credit card. Sorry a week of checking daily I still see a "sorry for the inconvenience" message and this message has not changed over the the course of the week. My credit card account is about to close as a result of not being able to make a payment and there is not a single thing I can do. I've tried to contact everywhere ( phone numbers, email etc) and no one has gotten back to me. This will negatively impact my credit score and evidently life over the inability to reach out to the customer to make a purchase with their own card!

      I placed an order on March 26th 2024 for 2 pair of pants. I received a confirmation email but nothing since. I emailed them on April 5th inquiring about my order no response. I finally received the brown pair. I sent them a text on April 9th inquiring the status or the black pair. I emailed them again on April 10 stating I received the brown pair but Id like an update on the black pair. No response. Once again I emailed them on April 14th and agin no response. I have called multiple time & every time Ive had to leave a *********** have not received a return call.

      I enrolled in a hardship payment plan program in 1/2024. I gave the representative the correct bank account number to have payments automatically deducted. I noticed in 2/2024 my payments were not being deducted. I called nyc customer service in 2/2024 to report my payment didnt get deducted. The representative told me that my payment was deducted. In 4/2024 ,I received an email from nyc that states my account was removed from the payment plan due to two missed payments. I havent missed any payments. In the bank account that ends in 8422 it doesnt show any returned checks. On 4/8, I called and spoke to ***** about my payments not being automatically deducted and to be put back on the payment plan. I told ***** nyc system was deducting payments from my old bank account that was stored in the system. ***** told me she would open a ticket that would take ***** hours to investigate. On 4/16 I called nyc and kept getting transferred around and no one knows what Im talking about. I logged into nyc portal and can see my payments are still set to come out automatically. Please let me know if l am still on the hardship payment plan program? I am requesting that I be placed back on the payment plan due to this was not my error. I gave the representative the correct bank account number.

      On April 4th I placed an order #******** for 7 items and paid for purchase and delivery totaling $185.27 USD. On April 11, I received order #********, however the order was missing 1 item. The issue is that the order was missing an item and no correspondence has been received from NY & Company to explain why the item was not shipped although I was charged for it. To this date no refund has been provided and NY & Company has not responded to any of the 4 emails and countless phone messages left requesting a call. Thankfully the order arrived prior to me moving from ************************************ - moving day is Saturday, April 20, 2024. I sent several emails advising of a pending move - again without response.Missing Item: Order #******** 1)Pleated Jogger Pant 1 MEDIUM / NATURAL - ALABASTER / ***** $26.99 Also, I logged onto their site to initiate the return of an item that was too large. However the page where you begin the return by selecting your item(s) is grayed out and it says the order has "not been fulfilled".Return Item(s): Order #******** 1) ********************************** Sequin ***************** ****** We Love 1 LARGE / PINK - ROSE GOLD METALLIC SCS / ***** $38.40 2) Pleated Sleeveless One Shoulder Dress 1 MEDIUM / PINK - JAZZY PINK / ***** $29.99 I asked via email and voice message for the company to advise of how to return the items and have never received a response.

      I placed an order for the "Plus Long Sleeve Crochet Top" in the size 2X. When I received my package, I discovered I had been sent the incorrect item. I sent an e-mail to ******************************* in an attempt to rectify the issue but still have not received a response. More than 48 hours have passed since I contacted them.

      Placed on order on 10/30/23 4 pair of pants - totaling $83.19. Returned all 4 items, all unworn and unwashed with tags attached. Was refunded $8.77, which is clearly incorrect. I have emailed on 12/22/24, 12/24 company responded with "We will follow up" Nothing came of it. Emailed again on 1/25/2024, 1/25 company responded again with "we will follow up", again nothing came of it, I have called the company 3 times now since 1/25/24. All three calls, after being on hold for 6-7 minutes a recording comes on asking you to leave your name, number and email address and someone will return your call. Of course there has not been a return call. It is not a lot of money that I am due but how many people are they doing this too?
