      NY & Company is no longer run or owned by anyone who build the brand and saw it thrive. Once the Pandemic hit in 2020, cashflow dropped to zero and the core company went bankrupt and was liquidated only for the ecom business to be bought by the ****** Group who could not maintain the prior manufacturers, designers or sales channels. This is not the company you wished it was and you should consider looking elsewhere for casual or workwear.

      I placed an order on 8/24 for 5 items and I only received 4 items. I emailed customer service regarding the missing item and their only response was that my order was fulfilled. I tried calling customer service only to get voicemail with no return call and response to my email. I used to hold this company in high regards but I will not pay for anything I didnt receive. They have become the absolute worst company to deal with and will close my account!!!

      There should be an option of zero stars. This company has turned out to be a scam. I'm owed nearly $1000.00 by this company for charges on items I never received. They attempt to stall on contact just to say it's past the time to investigate. I have copies of every bit of contact that has been made from day one. But unfortunately for NY&C I do not give up. If I have to make this a legal I will. This has been going on for more than a year. SCAM!!!! Something needs to be done about this company!!!!

      I placed an order and after waiting for my order they refunded my money and when I asked they said it was out of stock. Meanwhile on the website I can see the products on sale . I have been asking for corporate email and no one has replied to my emails I wont purchase from them again

      Ive shopped here for over 10 years and now their communication is horrible and there delivery of their products are just horrendous. My order was on delay, lack of communication and when I got the pants they was not proper size and the entire wrong style. I have emailed them 3 times. The last email said it was full and to contact them later. I even left a voicemail and still no communication in return. I dont want my money back I just want the proper size and style.

      THE WORST EXPERIENCE. TRUST AND READ ALL REVIEWS, they are TRUE .I got scammed, on what I thought was a good sale, but turns out just a scam. I ordered 2 dresses on 7/29, it was supposed to be here at the very latest 8/12. When I reached out, they quickly created a shipping label to make it look like they were trying, yet 1 week later and *** STILL doesn't have my order. ******* keeps giving me the most generic responses and can't offer a refund bc it's in fulfillment stage, even though it's not and it's all a scam. I'd be ashamed to work for this company, what they are doing to people is disgusting. If I could give a lower rating I would

      My account was billed $83.67, shipping label created -- and then progress comes to a screeching halt!! Where is my order? Why do i just receive strangely worded generic e-mail replies? Save yourself some trouble and avoid New York & Company.First Reply from New York & Company I hope this email finds you well.       This company has ZERO customer service! I have been attempting to get a refund for an order placed in May of 2024. First of all the order was not fulfilled and the items that were sent were ALL returned. They received the return (I have the proof from **** and I have yet to receive the refund for the order. I have emailed at least 5 times, received the exact same reply, I have called multiple times, they are either too busy on the line with other customers or its not their business hours. I have left messages and have yet to receive a call back. I will not hold my breath. DO NOT do business with this company! Poor quality, horrific service.

      I used to shop at the store often for professional work attire. Its been a few years since Ive purchased items from this store as I was starting a new job I decided to revisit the website for professional slacks. I placed my order on July 20, 2024 and paid for expedited shipping. The order was to reach me no later than Friday, July 26 as the date got closer to ********************************** placedstatus. I reached out via phone to New York and Company. Their system since you straight to a voicemail which no one returns calls on. I then begin to email the company to that I did receive a response which you could tell was a blanket response that they sent out to everyone nothing personal or focused on your certain situation. On July, 29th after several attempts to reach the company for an update on my order. I wrote again and asked them to please cancel the order and return the funds to my card after another very generic message. I responded again and said all I would like is a refund it is at that point, they created a label to make the order seem as it was shipped and stopped responding to my messages to date I have requested a refund four times as I still have not received my items or a refund. They have not responded to any of those requests. Im not sure what happened to this company. It used to be a great place to get professional attire from but now it just seems to be a scam with horrible customer service looking to steal peoples money buyer beware and do not shop here.
