      Ill give zero star if possible. I ordered three items online at New York and company. Waited a few weeks the package finally arrived. But inside there is only one item in it and that one item is totally wrong, not what I ordered. The customer service responded very slowly and so far still no solution provided. Im going to dispute charges and will never buy from this company again!!!

      NY&COMPANY is no longer held in high regard! I placed an order in April 2024 and had to return it shortly after. It is now July and I haven't received any refund at all. For weeks, I could not even reach anyone to speak with about the matter. I started receiving correspondence by email that apologized for the delays but somehow after nearly 3 months, I still have no refund! The other irritating part about it all is that I tried to cancel my order the second it was placed because I was trying to use my Rewards Card and accidentally placed the order by clicking on the wrong option (had trouble locating payment with Rewards Card). I sent an email, called, and reached noone. I decided to just wait and receive the order. It came in a timely manner, but unfortunately the outfit didn't fit. I returned it in excellent condition and did everything that I was supposed to do, but here I am still waiting on MY MONEY 3 MONTHS LATER. I cannot express how frustrated I am in the message, but I assure you that they have lost a once-loyal customer FOREVER!!!

      I placed an order through ****** ***** on May 11, 2024. In ****** website is noted that the package was delivered by *** on 05/16 but I never received the shoes. I called ****** twice, and they said a credit will be issued to my account, but nothing was ever credited. I sent a message to the seller New York & Company 3-4 times, and they have not replied. At this point I do not who i can speak to, to resolve this issue. The order amount is $132.62. The seller information is S3 Holdings **************************************************************************. *****

      ZERO STARS. Do not order anything, this company is fraudulent. Over six months ago I ordered a sweater (on sale) and when I received it, there was a black stain that made the sweater unwearable. I tried to process an exchange online (for a replacement, clean sweater) but that wasn't possible. I then tried to simply return the item, but they indicated they would not refund the shipping cost. I contacted customer service directly and after much back and forth they told me to go ahead and return using the online process (which wasn't a full refund) and that once they received the item they would manually refund me the entire amount. SIX MONTHS LATER, I just received a partial refund. I reached out to customer service again and reminded them they agreed to a full refund and why (the item was damaged) and they responded saying they do not refund shipping fees because "the reason for the return was not due to an error on our part". I explained, again, that the return was very much due to an error on their part and I have asked repeatedly for my complaint to be escalated and demanded my full refund.

      Just do not order anything from this company. I ordered 3 pants for a total of 106.34$ on April 27th. The pants came, it did not fit and wanted to return it. It was a major hassle to get a return label that printed correctly from them. I mailed the clothes back and tracking shows that they received the clothes back at their warehouse. However, 11 emails and numerous attempts at getting someone to give me any updates, I have yet to get my money back. At this point, this is just a fraudulent company. They are just running a scam operation and somebody needs to *** them.

      I think someone needs to shut them down. It took them 2.2 seconds to process the payment. But in 30 days, I cant connect with a live person, get a response to an email. This company has definitely turned fraudulent. Do not order from .

      I have been a loyal customer my whole p****** to adult life and I have had it. I recently thought about ordering dresses from them and once i placed my order, I changed my mind and wanted to cancel immediately because of all the items are final sale and the fabric of the material would make me sick. I have reached out to the company to cancel my order. They take such a long time to respond by email - you can't even contact their phone number, it just says to leave a message but they will never get back to you through phone. It is still in their warehouse and they refuse to cancel it because it is out of their hands. But yet my order has been there for over 10 days. Didn't think it would be that difficult since it has never shipped out yet within that time. I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company anymore. I loved them in the past, but not anymore. Super shady since they even turned off all their Instagram comments on their page. Everything is final sale on their website and customer service is not good at all. Since the bankruptcy, I hope for the company to officially close all operations since their customers are no longer their top priority.

      This company is beyond disappointing. For over twenty years I have been ordering from this company and I cant figure out why the service has digressed so much. Did they change management or something? There is absolutely no guarantee you will get what you ordered in the time they say. I got my clothing after a month. During that time I called, emailed etc and got no where. Ince again foolish me ordered again, todate its been almost 3 weeks and no response. The tracking only indicate the label as created but *** has yet to receive my package.Im trying to understand how is this company allowed to operate this way? Is there no accountability. They keep advertising their clothing, discounts, time stamps and never live up to it. But most of they do not dignify and respect their customers by responding to them. They will not even offer an explanation!!This is soooooooo unacceptable.

      Unfortunately, I used to love NY&C more many years but my last transaction with them has turned into a complete mess. I have returned items and got a confirmation of receipt by NY&C and it has been more than six weeks with no refund or acknowledgement of my 7+ emails asking for status. Im extremely disappointed that I didnt read the reviews about the scams that seem to be taking place with NY&C. Tried emails, voicemails, with no response.
